Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Saugerties

It was a great stay and Vince was a great host. Everything was taken care of and the house had everything we would need, especially for cooking and grilling. The pullout beds are a little old but there are plenty of bed spots and places to sleep. Great weekend spot for a big group.

We had a lovely stay at this remote little cabin home! It feels more like staying at a friend’s house while they are out of town rather than other types of Airbnb rentals. This is someone’s home, with personality, coziness, and a great view! We saw a ton of wildlife, including beavers, deer, and a black bear, so there is plenty of nature small and large.

Martina’s cottage was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. Fantastic lighting, large space and, unbelievable views.

We had a lovely time! The house perfectly accommodated a friends trip (6 of us) and had everything we needed - lounge space, dining table, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms. We'll be back!

Kathy’s home felt so loved and you can tell she thought of every possible thing her guests may need. she was truly the best host we’ve stayed with. the incredible nature around her home made our stay so enjoyable – we never wanted to leave the house. I highly recommend.

This is a gem, a peaceful, private place beside a stream behind the big house. The little house is spacious and I sometimes felt inclined to cook during my week long stay, listening to the stream or to music. The bed is very comfortable and there is an air purifier and filtered water. Tuli, the resident dog in the big house is gentle and affectionate. I felt very much at home and hope to stay again.

I was expecting a great time at the Mushroom Palace but it was even better than I had hoped! It had everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. The hot tub and sauna were clean and hot. We had two really memorable nights there, grilling, chilling, using the outdoor fire pit, and the spa stuff. The house had a lot of charm and character but was very clean had a pleasant smell. I have stayed in many airbnbs over the years and this is definitely in my top 5! I definitely plan on returning. Kyle was so nice to communicate with and very reasonable. This place is a gem and so is Kyle! Can’t wait til my next trip to saugerties. 🍄 ❤️

I couldn't believe how responsive Agnieszka was! She made every effort to make sure my husband and I had a great stay. Her comfy deck, cozy fireplace, and nice shower were a godsend after my husband and I decided to brave a rainy hike. I think the place is very reasonably priced considering access to a pool and laundry are included. It's just down the street from hikes and resturants. I also enjoyed taking classes at Mountain Breeze Yoga just down the road.

Great stay at Jasmine’s well furnished, rustic feel cottage. Peaceful location but just a quick ride to Woodstock, Kingston and Rhinebeck. Pool was perfect - we used it everyday. Heat bathroom floors is a nice touch!

I spent a week at Fouz and Chris's place with my family (8 adults, a toddler and two dogs) and we had very relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable stay. The house is in a quiet, private area and a short distance from places of interest for hikes, restaurants, museums, historical sites, etc. We received great recommendations from the hosts.

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at Saugerties! Rebecca's house was wonderful. The heated pool and the trampoline were the kids' favorite and they kept them entertained all day. The adults enjoyed the shade under the comfy pool lounge chairs & the spacious deck furniture. The backyard of the house was well kept and equipped so we spent a lot of time outside. The house is very well equipped and it was spacious for 2 families of 4. Everything was functioning well. The house is close to downtown and there are plenty of things to do nearby. Host was super quick to respond back and to help with whatever we needed right away. We def recommend Rebecca's house.

The Eco Cottage was a perfect, tiny gem tucked away in the middle of the beautiful green woods. It was so private, peaceful, and serene. It truly felt like my own little retreat and since I was there to go on a retreat, this was the perfect place to lay my head at night. I loved walking the trails and wow, the pool, which looked so inviting (even if it was a bit too chilly to use this time!). Everything was clean, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Hosts checked in regularly but gave me my privacy. I really enjoyed my stay SO MUCH and will absolutely be booking here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Our second time staying at Maitopia with our cat, just as wonderful in a different warmer season. Tina was super responsive as usual and even accommodated a late checkout. We enjoyed feasting in the kitchen as well as grilling in the yard, floating around in the pool when it was warm enough out, "hiking" with our cat on a leash around the forest on the property, taking baths, streaming music. We didn't leave the property much, but it was a fun highlight to get a few local produce items at nearby Greig farm and meet the adorable goats. One tip- bring an eyemask if you're sensitive to light in the mornings- there aren't any window shades in the bedroom.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

This was a nice quick getaway. The space is very tiny so probably best for people who are going to be out all day and just need a place to rest their heads at night. It's in such a historic area and near a few really amazing restaurants. I think the host made great use of such a small space. It's also super quiet. I got such a good night's sleep here.

We had a really lovely stay at this cabin in Boiceville. It rained every day during our trip, but honestly, we didn’t mind—it made the space feel extra cozy. We spent our time relaxing indoors, reading, cooking, and just enjoying the slower pace. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still a short drive to Esopus Creek and Phoenicia, which we enjoyed exploring when the rain let up. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with, and everything about the stay went smoothly. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet retreat in the Catskills—even on rainy days—this spot is a great pick.

I am grateful to have experienced an amazing stay at this Airbnb with my family. We wanted to getaway from the city for a few days and do some hiking near the Catskills. This was the perfect place to do it. The views from the house were absolutely stunning- definitely a highlight of our trip. The space was super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. We also loved the town of Saugerties. It's so charming and cute with its lovely shops and restaurants. We had a great time wandering around and enjoying everything it had to offer. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, comfortable setting. We had a great time. We absolutely loved our stay at Fil & Ellie’s place, it made it the highlight of our trip. From the minute we walked in, it felt so calm. The place is beautiful with all the amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fireplace. We’ve been to the Catskills countless times and this is the best experience due to the wonderful stay. Thank you!

LOVED LOVED Loved this airbnb. Being able to unplug from cell phone service made the world of difference to our stay. Waking up to the sounds of the creek's flowing water and just being around nature was spot on. The kitchen is fully equipped with a great selection of kitchenware and condiments. Jeni our host was friendly, responsive and and super helpful. Definitely returning!

We stayed at Patrick's place to celebrate my 30th birthday with five of my closest girlfriends, and it was truly perfect from start to finish. The house is tucked away in a peaceful, private setting, but still feels incredibly stylish and thoughtfully designed. Every detail was perfect—from the decor to the hot tub and Sonos sound system that kept the fun and relaxing vibes going all weekend. The kitchen was gorgeous and became the heart of the house—we cooked, laughed, and danced around it all weekend. The outdoor space was just as stunning and gave us the perfect spot to relax and soak it all in. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Patrick was proactive, communicative, and provided very clear directions that made check-in and our whole stay seamless. Would absolutely come back again—such a special place for a special weekend!

We had an amazing time at the cabin. Being surrounded by animals and breathtaking nature in the middle of May felt like a true blessing. I usually struggle with sleep, but here I managed to get nearly 10 hours of uninterrupted rest—that’s how quiet and peaceful this place is

Excellent location for local shopping, lots of food choices, delicious breweries. Most importantly VERY close by for climbing & getting out to nature. The Woodstock & Kaaterskill wilderness areas are within 30 minute drive. Lots of stunning views for a decently low mileage. Rip Van Winkle bridge is 9 minutes away if you want to explore the other side of the Hudson. The place has all the amenities you’d need for a getaway. Very clean, host was very responsive; even on the Memorial Day holiday. Will be back!
