The house is in original style but has been completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms divided on the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short distance to Sauda bath, duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the fast boat dock where the boat from Stavanger comes in. Bed linen can be rented for 150kr per set.

Large older brick house with 5 bedrooms and stunning views out to Saudafjorden. It is about 450m to grocery and downtown. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Svandalen ski center, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. All you have to bring are bed linens and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games like badmington, frisbee and horseshoe and an electric bike for you to use.

Beautifully restored house on gardstun in Hellandsbygd

Along the national tourist road is beautiful Hellandsbygd not far from Sauda. From Sauda follow Highway 520 towards Røldal. Hellandsbygdveien 688. From Røldal follow rv 520 towards Sauda. The road from Røldal to Sauda is winter closed from about November to May. Here you get beautiful nature just outside the doors in summer and winter time. Short distance to ski slopes and beautiful Sauda center with shops, restaurants, cinema and heated outdoor swimming facility.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Saudafjord. Bed linen can be ordered for NOK 120,- per person.
