Omg i love!! 🥰Alice and fredric were wonderful host super patient, responsive and helpful from the start! The place was absolutely beautiful. It's perfectly EXACTLY like the picture and did not dissappint! Full working kitchen, I'd wake up, have coffee and just walk into the pool (pool location is off to the side a bit so its peaceful and not too crazy, theres also this net thinggie in the water that i can sit in for hours right in front of our room 🤩 i love it!!) the room is in the front bldg. So 7eleven/topsDaily/massage/pharmacy/resturant/streetfood is right there! Ac is cool and crisp, everything was clean and smelled nice, bed was soft, sheets were comfy with strong wifi 😍 super romantic for couples, or nice and posh for singles too. wish i could have stayed longer, I'd definitely ask to come back next time i'm in patthaya! Thankyou guys!! 😘😘

I stayed at Rong’s condo. It was a very clean, with everything as her description. Also she is very helpful and super friendly host. I felt like I’m living at my home. Would recommend anyone to book without hesitation….😇

The apartment had everything we needed, we stayed there for 18 days and really liked it. Very good location, the sea is a couple of minutes walk away, it is very convenient to get to any part of the city by car or motorbike. The owner went to meet us, we checked in early and checked out later, for which we are very grateful. There are many pensioners and families with children in the complex, so it is very calm and quiet.

It is a very good condo. The room is big. The pool is good. Easy to enter the building. The parking is a little low.

The room was so outstanding, but the pool wasn't bigger than the picture, and there were a lot of things that weren't operated (slide, fountain?) There is a heated pool, so it was good to use it when it's cold. The room and host were so perfect

Well maintained and cleaned unit. Good size smart TV. Got a special introduction deal, so excellent price quality. Comfy bed and side bench. Highly recommended for a couple of days to several weeks.

We had a wonderful stay in a new and functional home. The house was extremely clean and tidy. Our vacation was made even more enjoyable by the three pools of different sizes, a large gym, and a sauna. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being within walking distance to the beach was a great advantage. We stayed securely with our family; we had no concerns about safety. Having air conditioning in the living room and bedroom increased our comfort, and despite using it constantly, the electricity bill was very reasonable. We would definitely like to come again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Well worth the money

Super nice apartment with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Everything was nice and clean. Huge and nice pool area. We arrived before the agreed check-in time and May was available right away and made check-in smooth. (code on door had to be rescheduled when we arrived early)

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

The house is amazing ! The pool and sauna are great features to have in a house. Everything in this house is double the size of what things are normally in a house - which makes it feel like a mansion! I highly recommend this house to anyone that wants to have a luxury vacation. The host communicated well with us and we had no problems during our stay.

Yuri 'space was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Yuri was very accommodating and helpful letting us drop our bags off early and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. High speed wifi, 250 mb/s , many attraction around, kids play ground , and fitness room, Restaurants there I could say excellent. Furthermore, they clearly explained the area, and also arranged a taxi for me from the apartment to the airport after I checked out. For (Price), I honestly think this is a bargain. I am looking forward to staying here again one day.

The place was great to look at and matched the description. The pool was big enough for the group of 16. Interior of house was great quality and look and feel was amazing. However the living and dining hall was quite small to fit everyone at the same time. Kitchen was also small. But since we didnt do major cooking so it was ok. Pool table was also on 2nd floor terrace and inaccessible if the group wanted to stay together. The other drawback was room's accessibility was quite inconvenient. 2nd floor terrace was not accessible from within the house and you had to take stairs from outside. First floor stairs were quite steep and small. Looks like the 8 bedroom property was made in 3 sections which didnt merge well as a single house. Toiletries (hand wash, handtowel, sink liquid) were also missing and for a 2 day trip buying everything is a pain yourself. I raised the request and the caretaker said she will get it but never did. Overall place was good to stay and peaceful.

The pool villa is located in a big and rich villa house compound And it takes only 10 minutes drive the the beach Such a great place to stay long-term as family for unbelievable price too!🥰

We had a lovely stay . New knives and various kitchen utensils were missing in the kitchen and then an oven was missing. Our host Mini has been amazingly friendly and helpful during our stay so we give her 5 big stars ..
