Mickey is an excellent host. I actually stayed in 2 of her properties while waiting for my permanent residency at the Base to be completed. She always accommodated my request from early check-in to extensions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Base is in the center of everything and very walkable. Restaurants, malls, shopping, bars, and beach are all around. You can’t beat the location. Highly recommended.

Well priced for the quality you get. The view from the top floor is breathtaking. I lost my key when I went swimming, and somebody found it and took it to reception. Shows the kind of people that stay at this place. Felt safe due to strict security at the gates. Had a few issues with the aircon, but the host was extra responsive and fixed the issue by calling in technicians to resolve it. I will definitely book again.

Parichat is amazing host , and also we found the place really good for our family stay . The property is spacious , well maintained and clean . The pool is nice and good for kids . 7/11 is nearby at a walking distance and other places are also 10-12 min drive . We did not face any issues staying at this wonderful place .
