Située dans le Perche Sarthois à 2h de Paris et à 10 min en voiture d’une gare, cette ancienne ferme rénovée dispose de 3 chambres doubles, un dortoir de 5 lits, 3 sdb et 2 couchages double d’appoint (canapés lit salle jeux / espace sauna). Vous trouverez sur place sauna, billard, baby foot, vélos, ping pong, barque… Le grand jardin de 15 000 m2 est entouré de champs et bordé de peupliers . Une petite mare est protégée et entourée de saules pleureurs avec un ponton.
