This property is beautiful. It is 9 miles north of the airport. It is intimate and safe. We loved the beautiful pier and private beach. The interior of the property had everything that we needed. We were especially appreciative of how helpful Terri was in hosting us. Her attention to detail and attentiveness was amazing. Thank you again for the wonderful time!

Chad’s Villa is beautiful the property is absolutely stunning and right on the beach is a major plus this is now the whole families favorite trip we’ve taken! We loved spending time on the beach right out our door! It was truly a picture perfect paradise! Their whole team is so kind, Derek brought us daily coconut water from the beach. Terri helped us plan just about everything we could think of from stocked groceries to fun things to do for the whole family. She helped us book our travel and transportation which is such a huge help with kids. This allowed me to relax with the family without worrying about all the trip organization! I also have to say being outside of town was so much nicer than I expected! It allowed us to have time away from the noise and just enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying here! Amazingly beautiful place! Pure white sand and excellent snorkeling. The staff was helpful. The room was clean. Plenty of comfortable beach chairs. I was here last year and enjoyed it so much that I went back this year.

Everything was amazing about the listing and the host nothing to say. go for it! Just regarding the welcome we were dissatisfied, they offered us to boat on the lake, we accepted, the appointment was at 12:30 pm we waited until 12.45 pm still nothing, we went to the reception, we were patient to finally tell us that there will be no boat, no reason, exit canceled and wasted day. On the listing though, no complaints.

This house is exactly as advertised. A quiet house right on the beach. Kind of like camping. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we were without air conditioning. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions.

Joe and Laura were fantastic. They made us feel right at home. Was very helpful and accomdating. will definitely be back.

Janice and Larry were wonderful hosts. Always willing to answer our questions but also very respectful of our privacy. Mermaid Manor was clean with a spacious outdoor space, good kitchen and a firm, comfortable mattress (always a nice bonus for me!) You'll have no regrets booking this gem.

Great place to stay. Loved the location and the house. The pool was perfect for our kids. Communication was amazing which really helped during our short trip and Marilyn made things really easy and met us at the airport and helped get us situated. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to future guests.
