Welcome! Las Amapolas offers a spectacular view of the Barrier Reef. The casita is tucked among coconut palm trees on the sandy beach of Ambergris Caye. It was once a coconut grove and is about a 30 mins ride on golf cart from town. The famous Secret Beach is our backyard (15 mins by gc). We have two units for rental: 1A & 1B We are Gold Standard - The Belize Tourism Board. You may find sargassum on the beach shoreline from seasonal shifting currents & weather patterns in the region.

The casita is perfect for couples and families looking to be very much in touch with nature; relax in a hamaca, go paddle boarding, have beautiful sunset dinner in the garden, look at the stars in your bedroom terrace. It is a great place to just “be”, no need to leave the property as it is fully equipped , but in case you want to try the flavor of magic Bacalar town it is only a 15 minute drive through beautiful jungle road, it’s a bit bumpy, so drive slowly with windows open and enjoy the ride

Beautiful full loft in a small complex in a quiet and beautiful area. Place for couples (two people). The pool is large, clean and always available. There is a free laundry and drying area. Great location: Airport and Maya Train 5 minutes by car; you can walk to the ADO terminal and Plaza de las Américas, where safe and cheap taxis leave for Bacalar. There is a park nearby and many fast food, typical and more options.

Loved our stay! The rooms are very comfortable, intimate and tastefully built. The kitchen is modern and the coffee provided is a real plus. Guests are attentive and very nice. Very nice option, a little far from the centre but accessible on foot.

We loved Casa Tlacuache! Around the access to the lagoon and the eco-park are close and incredible They took the initiative to give us local recommendations and we truly enjoyed these days as if we were at home, we felt very pampered by the breakfasts and we will certainly return when we are in Bacalar.

Naya Jungle Room with Private Pool & Deck

PROS Perfect location! Unbelievably beautiful! Greeted by clean pets (many cats and a dog named Naya of course!) Very clean, even in hidden spots. Staff was courteous and so very helpful! Naya reached out to offer us 2 free mezcalitas too! Tasty! Personal supply of fresh drinking water provided at arrival. Dessert too! The smell around the room was amazing! Super comfy bed—slept great! Spacious and plenty of room for 2.5 people. Accurate photos! Lots of steps to restaurant and lagoon-but so worth it-and it's easy steps at least! Clean, deep plunge pool. Outdoor shower was perfectly private. Lagoon was rocky-but so warm and pretty!! Plenty of parking in late April/early May. Very private overall. Road to Naya was bumpy, but very short! CONS No cons at all! What an amazing space! WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN! THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 😀 My boyfriend proposed on the beautiful lagoon side. Breakfast, drinks, and the experience will always have a place in my heart!
