Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

A stone's throw from the Rouffiac leisure center, come and enjoy the beach or discover hiking, fishing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, but also climbing, archery, not to mention carriage rides, but also and of course, our castles, our caves and our gastronomy. Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
