Tiny house is 10 minutes by walking to the beach and 1 minute by car. It is 2.5 km to the center of Erdek and at the back of Çuğra beach where the hotels are located

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the grocery stores and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the fact that the beachfront and the island is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility is very few and has the most tranquil beach.

It was one of our best Airbnb stays and it stuck in our memory. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said that the care Ms. Aylin showed to her guests was really 10 stars or something. There is a room and environment thought out to the finest detail, and there are two wonderful gardens in the front and back. The staff are so polite and caring, they spoiled us with Turkish coffee, tea time, cake cookies, etc. during our stay :) Breakfast was very sufficient, we really had a stay beyond our expectations. People who love their work really make a difference. Hope to see you again.

Thank you so much Mr. Baran and his family. Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and very clean. They were very helpful during check-in and checkout times, and I would also like to thank you for that. We were able to stay very briefly wish we had more time and stayed longer. we had a very enjoyable holiday. It is in a peaceful, very calm environment. It is pleasant to watch the sea view and the sunset on the terrace. The terrace is spacious, a pleasant and privacy environment where you can have nice conversations with your family while watching the beautiful view while eating your meal. The house does not overwhelm you. The house is exactly as in the photos. A relevant host in Mr. Utku helped with everything. Their return is fast. Thank you Mr. Utku for his interest.

Mr. Bülent was interested, he even took care of my request for extras. The house is great,peaceful and has very good facilities, the balcony takes a short time during the day, and it is half of the balcony. Great balcony in the morning and evening.. The sea is very beautiful in the neighborhood.. The pool was as clean and beautiful as I expected,one side is about 150cm, it deepens on the other side,so it exceeds the length. It was a site I would want to buy a house.

Place is every bit as beautiful as picture suggest and then some. The views are incredible. The sea is just three minutes of walking. Makes it easy to go swimming at your leisure many times a day. The host is super friendly, cordial and very attentive. Makes you feel like a family. Hatice is very easy to communicate with. All the neighbors were very warm and friendly. It is a perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Would come back again any time!
