A tiny house where you can have breakfast accompanied by the sounds of birds, where all kinds of details are considered for your comfort and convenience. There are 3 tiny houses in the garden. Each tiny house has its own private garden, swing and barbecue. The area shown in the photos is all yours and is not a shared space. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you'll need. The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

2- A fairytale hostel right by the sea

We are in Manastır Bay on Marmara Island. Our rooms are thirty steps away from the beach. All of our rooms have a kitchen with utensils, a refrigerator, a ceiling fan, a TV, a wardrobe, a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom. The beach is right on the waterfront and has sand. Each room has a sunbed. Would you like to relax in a hidden paradise surrounded by greenery, right by the sea, under the olive trees? There are four restaurants next to us. We are three kilometers away from the IDO pier and the center of the island. The sea is perfect for small children.

You can reach our house, which has beautiful bays where you can swim in the sea in different locations of the island, and you can reach the house 5 km after you build your car to Balıklı village with the Gestaş ferry which is organized 3 times a day from Erdek or Narlı pier. You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay.

Deveci Konağı is a 3-storey villa located about a 4-minute walk from the sea. This listing is for the 3rd floor of the house. There are 2 rooms on this floor, which can accommodate 4 people. Both rooms have air conditioning. There is a private kitchen and bathroom for our guests. Heating is provided by a combi boiler. A washing machine is available. There is also a private terrace for this floor only, with a seating area on the terrace. There is a barbecue suitable for guest use on the veranda.
