Lake House - Saratoga Springs

Waterfront home on saratoga lake less then 10 minutes to track door .Amazing views with dock and hot tub is year round. Private back yard patio with large driveway in the back for parking and a grill and fire pit. Plenty of room to enjoy outside activities. Bathroom is beautiful and also a washer and dryer. There is a front deck with views of the lake. Kitchen has a gas range. Fully equiped kitchen. High ceilings. Bring your kayak, paddle board or jet ski. There is also rental nearby.

Cozy, Romantic, Historic Saratoga Apartment

Location, location, location! Close to it all! Less than a 5 minute walk to all the best of Saratoga's restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. walking distance to the track, two blocks to downtown, museums, shopping, parks, and movies. Trolley and bus goright past the house to SPAC, golf, Racino, etc. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pet $15/night with prior approval, ). Fantastic weekend spot! Can accommodate up to 3 people.

The Grand Ave Garden Retreat

Our historic Saratoga home is located in the desirable West Side near the Beekman Street Arts District, less than one mile to Broadway and all that Saratoga's downtown has to offer. It is an easy walk or bike ride to SPAC and the Saratoga State Park. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 10-12 guests. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio and fireplace, and large fenced in yard and gardens. Close to Lake George and the Adirondacks, the Saratoga Train and Bus Station.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

This cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. If you are a cook, this cabin is a chef's dream. You might also like our stunning new cabin called The Farmhouse.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

5 Minute Walk to Track/10 Minute Walk to Broadway

Second floor walk up, modern apartment . Comfortable for one or two persons with hardwood floors, air conditioning, and an open floor plan. Apartment is above home owner's garage. Renter and homeowner share the entrance from the driveway, then each has a separate locked entrance to respective dwellings. Renters enter the apartment through a locked door at the top of the stairs. Window AC units in main living area and the bedroom.
