An amazing pool, a great area for barbecue, listening to music, enjoying with the family. Well equipped kitchen, great size barbecue, very large pool, very good showers, air-conditioning working well in all the pieces it had. Worth the stay, we'll be back for sure.

Brand new and secure apartment Good communication with host Diego, before and during hosting. Diego was solicitous to help complete the apartment that was very new.

Simone is a love, totally available to guests. the house is fully equipped with everything one needs, nearby supermarket, not ifood or uber had a problem with the location.

The Studio of Thaís and Schmitt exceeded our expectations. Well spacious and complete, better than in the photos, with all the utensils and appliances to make our meals. Another positive point is the proximity of the train and supermarket, to do everything on foot. Security is also a plus. Schmitt always very helpful, giving several tips of places in the locality. Super indica, and whenever I return to the city I will reserve it again.

Communication with Carol was excellent. Always very cordial. The stay was also amazing.

We love the kitnet, for those who will attend events in the region is perfect. Quiet and safe place. The kitnet itself with a great structure, with everything you need, we don't miss anything. And the super cosy host. We'll be back for sure!
