This is a newly built apartment that will be completed in March 2026. It is located right next to Sapporo Municipal Hospital and the racecourse, a 5-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Sōen Station (6 minutes from the ticket gates), and an 11-minute walk from Sōen Aeon. It can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is quite cramped for 4 people. There is also a printer, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine with dryer, so it is a convenient place to stay for remote work or business. There is also a full range of amenities, including a hair straightener, hair dryer, toner and moisturiser, so whether you're traveling with your family or your partner, you can relax in a quiet room. We also have tea and sweets that you can only buy by queuing up at department stores. The TV is a tunerless TV, so you cannot watch terrestrial broadcasts. You can link it to your own account and enjoy videos. The main bed in the bedroom is a double bed, but it uses the Scandinavian sleeping method, so instead of a double duvet, you can relax with two single duvets. However, if you prefer, you can also use a double duvet.
