Herzlich Willkommen in unserem wunderschönen Haus in Santana. Das Haus steht auf Stelzen direkt oben an der Klippe und bietet so einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über das Meer. Bereits morgens kann man diesen vom Bett aus genießen und den Sonnenaufgang und die ausfahrenden Fischer sehen. Dazu gehört ein traumhafter Garten (2000m2) mit Hängematte und einer riesigen Terrasse unter dem Haus. Hier lässt es sich herrlich im Schatten verweilen oder bei einem der kurzen Regengüsse in den Garten schauen.

A central location and excellent access for this large and comfortable family home, a perfect base for longer stays and exploring the island as a group or family. Peace, space, quiet, nature and yet super easy access (just 100 meters off the main paved road to the airport), Quinta Alegria offers the bonus of loads of organic home grown produce. Closest beach is an easy 45 mins hike to Bom Bom, but it's central to all the beautiful beaches. Easy access to town, car not necessary , but a bonus.

You'll have in disposition the whole home, very spacious, all new Just 4 mins drive from the center of the city and easy to explore the island. There is a huge lounge room, 1 rooms each with AC , 1 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and yard around the house. You ll have the opportunity to live in a quiet neighborhood and n the middle of the authenticity of the island and lovely neighbors.

With two bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen for guests' use. Breakfast included in the stay is carefully prepared and served by Tita, who visits the house every day for housekeeping and general cleaning. Relax to the sound of the calm waters flowing in the Papagaio River. .
