Holiday rentals with a hot tub in São Roque

Edgard was very kind at the reception. The house is very good, it offers comfort and many amenities, a super nice and comfortable house. The area is very good and close to the main avenue where there are several cool options for night and day too. I highly recommend Edgard's accommodation.

We spent five days at the house, the Easter holiday and Tiradentes. When we arrived we were very well received by Dona Ube who showed us the house and gave all the necessary guidelines. We were in a group of 5 people, we were very accommodated. The house is charming, there are many very interesting old things that give an air of being in another decade. The Jacuzzi is the main point of the house, it fits up to 4 people, we relax a lot. We made barbecue, the kitchen is well-equipped, oven and fresh microwaves. Water and cleaning items were made available. Everyone liked it and rested a lot, the house is very good, but what makes everything nice is special is the lady Ubi, we love her, her house is in the back so she is available, we made a point of having her present, a super pleasant person and full of stories to tell. Thanks for everything Ubi, a big hug.

The place is impressive, every minute we are more passionate about the structure of the house and the contact with nature. I have no words for Marcelo's kindness and cordiality, it really made our hosting much better. Without a doubt I and my family live very special moments in the house!

Very beautiful and cozy place, house in the midst of the trees, as beautiful or more beautiful than in the pictures. All our questions were clarified quickly, and in a thoughtful way. I also appreciate the understanding at check-in, as we had a delay, and we ended up arriving a little after the established cut-off time (9:00pm), and I was able to count on the support to adjust. My only observation is in relation to the heating of the Pool, which from what was reported worked only by solar heating, and unfortunately the pool did not warm enough, and the temperature reached a maximum of 23 degrees, and with a child it is still cold. Either way, the house offers other attractions and did not take away the brightness of the stay.

My wife and my 6 friends, we spent New Year. The house is in a rural gated condominium. It is even larger than in the photos. 4 rooms plus a private chalet, well equipped and with exclusive swimming pools and jacuzzi, as well as a pond where tilapia, pool, gym, whirlpool and even mini-market are available to guests. Near the Wine Road with great restaurants. Regina, responsible for the care of the condominium, super friendly and helpful (even a brand new reserve refrigerator put it in the house when the other one had a malfunction). We also hired the services of Valéria, recommended by Regina, which made an absolutely delicious New Year's Eve dinner. We'll be back soon!

All the way it was presented in the photos, only this would already be excellent, but the condominium is very beautiful and organized and the team very polite and prepared. Very nice trip.

It is hard to put in words how amazing it was to stay with Beth. First of, she has a heart of gold, by far the best host I met through airbnb. She was always available when I needed anything and promptly responded to my requests. I felt completely at home at her place. Truly like a home out of home. The garden is a delight, an oasis of beauty and peace. The neighborhood is amazing, full of great shops, restaurants and bars, yet the house was very quiet. The accommodations far succeeded my expectations. I will definitely come back here when staying in Sao Paulo. Thank you so much, Beth for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and tidy. Well spacious and cozy, it has a large outdoor space and an excellent pool. Whenever I needed information, I had a quick response from the host.

Adilson is a handful super host, he's kind, quick to respond, presumptuous, it was great! The house was super clean, well equipped, everything working, with a stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, hairdryer, etc., all as in photos. It has a good barbecue area and an excellent heated hydromassage, fit 4 people. It has two bathrooms, one very good internal, the other is external and smaller, even has a shower but there is no box separating from the vase. The house is inside a condo with a type of a very cool club with a swimming pool, game room and gym equipment. The site has good access despite having a stretch with dirt road. The houses of the condominium are very close but it is very quiet and quiet, except for the train that passes even at dawn.

Second time staying at the home of Carolina and Pablo. The condominium is safe, very close to São Paulo, making it an easy getaway for good times. The house is beautiful, has different spaces that allow different activities, for those who need silence/privacy and for those who want to enjoy TV/swimming pool without getting in the way. Even on a cold, rainy day, the jacuzzi was perfect for fun with friends. The house is well equipped, the number of rooms serves a lot of people who do not want to rent spaces that only work with bunk beds. Communication with Pablo and Tatiana was easy, fast and efficient. I recommend and hope to come back!

Simply amazing stay! The chalet is exactly like the photos and descriptions of the listing – even more beautiful in person. Everything was impeccably clean, very smelling and welcoming. The care for the details made all the difference! The breakfast is wonderful, prepared with great affection and fresh items. It was a delicious experience from start to finish. Do I recommend you? Absolutely!!! An amazing place and very cozy. All perfect... amazing environment anyway. We drove by car and it was very easy, both locomotion and to prepare a special dinner! Even without a car is worth it, as I believe that app car can lead to the location. But it was a wonderful experience! The host was sensational ! Gratitude ❤️

The time I booked was a request for an engagement from a couple of friends and that every detail of the house embellished that moment. Clean space, afforestation on the outskirts of the home, the beds and the bathroom cleaned. The instructions that Adriana sent me was of great value to respect the entire space making us feel at home. Everything needed is available in the space. I'll return soon to relax again.
