Apartment with a sea view! Guriri - São Mateus - Espírito Santo.

Bring the whole family to this great place. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 extra mattresses. Apartment with 180 sq. meters, bedrooms and barbecue area overlooking the ocean, full of life and lots of peace! Have your coffee to the sound of the waves and the touch of the sea breeze and start your day full of vigor! Excellent location, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage to go to the beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurants or shows because we have all this very close! All that's missing is you to compose this magical environment! I'll be waiting for you.

Apartamento possui: um quarto com suíte e ar condicionado e um quarto com ventilador, (não possui outro banheiro). Possui 1 lance de escadas, é próximo ao centro (1,4 km) e próximo à BR 101, está a 12km da praia de Guriri. Próximo a supermercados, padarias, posto de combustível. não possui estacionamento porém o lugar é seguro para estacionar na rua, pois fica ao lado do batalhão da PM. Ambiente muito espaçoso e confortável.
