The house has a panoramic view of the beach of Nazaré, Funicular, Promontório(Mountain) and a general view of the village. All divisions have windows. In 10 minutes you are at the bathing beach. The Blue Flag beach is the most child friendly beach on the Silver Coast. 1 hour from Lisbon, our apartment is on the ground floor with a large marina facing patio with a clear view of the entire bay. The apartment is bright and spacious with modern decor in a renovated heritage building. There is a pool in a tranquil landscaped setting out back. Many restaurants within walking distance, watch the sun set from the patio in the evening and fisherman returning in the morning.

Located 1:20h away from Lisbon in a rural village called Venda Nova, however it is located just 8Km away from Nazaré and 5km from São Martinho do Porto the main cities around.You can go on foot from the house down to the beach of the Salgados and in the region it is common to see people doing Parasailing, Surfing and other adventure sports.
