Our house is located in the fields at the top of Serra Gaúcha, on a 15-hectare rural property, 8 km from Rota do Sol at the height of the Vila Seca district. The ideal place for those seeking tranquility. The house is 350 m2, and features a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a large pantry, and a game room. The back of the house is flanked by native forest. In front of the house, we have a swimming pool and a soccer field.

Our Country House is rustic, with a beautiful landscape on the slope of the São Marcos River (1 km from the river) in the District of Vila Seca, in the countryside of Caxias do Sul. A place to restore your energy in the midst of nature, with the sounds of birds, the shade of the shrubs, a balcony with a privileged view... at night, enjoy all the magic of the place, watching the stars, hearing the owls hooting and the crickets chirping, with a delicious breakfast.

Refuge of Serra Gaúcha

Our house is a Refuge in the Rural Zone, where you can experience the experience of being in the countryside, with all the comfort and tranquility. The property has 2 hectares of countryside and forest, with beautiful views, but you can also enjoy the beauties of the surrounding area. Nela lives only our horse named Ray. With easy access, we are located in Ilhéus Formigueiros Criúva, about 30 km from Caxias do Sul. In our space we do not allow parties.
