Isabel, a good host, always responded immediately, very attentive, very flexible with the schedules. The apartment is excellent, a good location, beautiful view, close to the sea. The only problem is the ap has no wifi, the building is falling directly. I highly recommend, sensational experience, we will stay more often, when we return to São Luis.

Lucas was very attentive when I had doubts and helped me when I needed it. The apartment has an amazing view and due to its location, the apt is well ventilated, very cool and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The very good internet has given 2 people to work all day. The high point of the apartment is the washer and dry, great for travelers who need to wash their clothes. The decor is very tasteful and the rooms were very clean.

Thanks a lot. We went out for a run around the neighborhood and the coastal avenue. Very beautiful, wooded region, with a market and pharmacy nearby. Hot water in the shower, air conditioning working perfectly - no noise, and water filter to supply our bottles. We felt safe and the apartment was totally clean and pleasant, as in the photos.

Mari is a sweet, super helpful! He gave us all the necessary instructions and even beyond so that we could have a good stay. The property is identical to the advertised photos, very cozy and comfortable and all well clean and organized (even smelling was!) We had some unforeseen events due to the tide, but nothing that a little bit of patience did not circumvent. The location with respect to the sea is perfect, literally pe on the sand; now with respect to the trendiest part of the island and the center is a little distant. We wanted rest, so it was perfect! I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I had an amazing weekend with my family! From the first contact, everything went really well. Lucas was extremely attentive, always available to answer questions and ensure that our stay was perfect. The caretaker, Nonato, also deserves praise — very friendly, helpful and communicative, he made us feel at home from the beginning. The house corresponds exactly to what was advertised: well-organized, comfortable and clean rooms. The leisure area is excellent, perfect for enjoying family moments, and the location is very good, with easy access and very quiet. The only thing we missed was a hammock, but that didn't take away from the experience. It was a special weekend, and we already want to go back!

If you think about visiting São Luís, I have no doubt that this house is the best option. It's even hard to describe the feeling of peace, privacy, and the beauty of the place. It exceeded expectations and I'm thinking about coming back. Perfect for group travel. Host Nagib and Lilian welcomed us wonderfully and made us feel at home.

It was extremely nice. The house has several beds, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as being beautiful, comfortable and facing the sea! There's nothing better than staying in one of the balcony hammocks enjoying the view.

Our stay at Rogério's place was amazing, my family and I love it. The house facing the sea, with great location. Without counting on the host's hospitality, it made us super will and was requested with all our needs.

It is a very good experience, the apartment is not very large, but very functional and becomes cozy. Close to the historic center, the São Francisco bridge and with a bus stop practically down the street. The big house is beautiful, it's worth it.

We had a great stay. The place is very, very cozy, clean, comfortable, close to beautiful beaches. The condominium is very organized and safe. All kitchen and laundry utensils worked very well. The hostess was very attentive and answered all our questions. The only misfortune was that the microwave was not working on the day of arrival, but it was later resolved by the hostess. We didn't use the pool, but it was there, beautiful and available. Nothing but praise. I'd definitely be back.
