Historic half-timbered house in the countryside of Ivoti, surrounded by nature. Located in the countryside, there are no local shops. 56 km from Gramado and 45 km from Porto Alegre. It has 3 bedrooms, spacious living rooms, air-conditioned rooms, a kitchen with a wood-burning stove and a view of the greenery. In the courtyard, a century-old fig tree, a stream, a natural fountain, a ground fire and the singing of birds create a unique environment for rest, ideal for those seeking tranquillity, charm and a connection with nature. Parties and pets are not allowed.

Welcome to Casa Altivole! The house is named after another town in Italy, neighbouring Castelcucco and Asolo, the names of our other houses. The house was built in the middle of natural vegetation, completely surrounded by nature! Comfort and privacy with an incredible view of the mountains! There is 147m2 of floor space, spread over 2 floors. Upstairs, there is a leisure area with a heated pool. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathtub, a shower and a sauna!
