Super recommend, from the beginning of when I made the reservation until the last day both Leonardo and super attentive Cabeção respond very quickly , the house is wonderful, super met our needs, extremely clean , Cabecao who is responsible for the check in and service during our stay was super requested all the time . Carnival is the internet very good I worked quietly , I already know the region and the same part of the beach as it is in the photo the place is beautiful and very quiet , for those who like the sea the bath is one of the best . Recanto dos Oliveira's is a place really for you to rest because it's cozy and make everything you need available without leaving home. Host Arthur was always available for our questions and very attentive. Our family was once again delighted with #Sanzé and with everything we experienced in the place. We will definitely return to #Sanzé and if possible to the same accommodation as Arthur! 🤗✌

I went with my husband, and we spent two weeks at the house. We loved it! We don't have a car, so we walked to everything we needed, because it was all close by. And that was easy even for me, who was 6 months pregnant. Quiet, peaceful, safe place. For what we wanted, this was the best stay we found in São José. I have nothing to complain about, just to thank you for the good times we had there!

Conceição apartment is perfect for your stay in São José da Coroa Grande! Strategic location, everything you need is close! It has a covered parking space, 24-hour concierge, a super safe and comfortable place! I would say it's even better than the pictures, the view is amazing! Air conditioners work very well, I recommend this place!

The apartment has an incredible view to the sea and to the square of São José, I fell in love with this place, the sunrise is a spectacle apart, the little square is a charm and leaves an interior climate, so on a single trip we enjoy the coast and interior together, next to the building there are several supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shops, I recommend you to try the Achachairo fruit that we find in a fruit shop next to the Fenix supermarket, there is public transport to all the beaches to Japaratinga-AL leaving right next to the building, we love everything and will be coming soon.

Excellent apartment, host complies with what it announces not to mention the place next to one of the most top beaches in the region with a natural pool in front, access to markets, pharmacy, beverage distributor with prices that does not look like a tourist location. I highly recommend and whenever possible I will return to the site. Apartment with fiber internet and excellent independent wifi that can be used smoothly for home office work, etc.

gisele Fernanda is a great person, I highly recommend the place, you can book without fear. She was super helpful, she understood our arrival time and especially the departure time. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Local is in the center of São José da Coroa Grande and is very close to all the sights of Maragogi, maximum 20 min drive to downtown Maragogi. Cost benefit is worth too much. Clean room, with air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, super cozy and comfortable. Like I said, you might take it off without fear.

the chalet is simple, but well organized and everything very clean. we do not miss anything. and the condominium has a kids playground that our son loved. the pool tb is quite large. it has a game room and rest areas, shops... is a little distant from Maragogi, but if the idea is to rest and enjoy the family is very good. The tide TB is very dry and will fill around 13, 14 hs. then the morning part, for the bath, gets a little bad. the pool bar works well. The staff of the condominium were attentive. we liked it a lot.
