Holiday rentals with lake access in São José da Barra

The starbem ranch is located in a super quiet condominium of easy access, with a beautiful view, the super spacious house, all the kitchen utensils, the house is well functional and clean. the clean pool overlooking the lake of furnas and a wonderful sunset. I recommend and indico. It was a quiet Carnival with beautiful walks and a wonderful place.

Had a great stay! The house is exactly like in the photos — clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting. The host was very attentive and made us feel welcome. Surely we would stay again and recommend the stay to everyone.

Without a doubt, I could not talk about Bruno, always helpful. Of an odd kindness, he worried about the smallest details so that our stay would be wonderful. And I can say, it was. Dona Cida placed at our disposal for any unforeseen event, and she was super polite. I have no doubt that our group will be back soon🥰

Our stay was wonderful. I went with my family, and everyone praised a lot. The space is large, secure and is located within an easily accessible condominium. The region is very beautiful, situated in front of one of the arms of the dam, and everything was clean and organized. Close by, there is a village with bakery and market that cater to basic needs. The site is safe for animals and children, all surrounded, with individual access gate and a wide path to the premises. In addition, the whole terrain is grassy, making it easy to carry outdoors activities, especially with children and animals. The game room and pool are sensational, with a great structure and a wonderful view of the dam. It was an amazing experience and, of course, we would return several times to this location. Both Sandra and janitor Juliano were very helpful and provided a wonderful stay!

Our family felt at home. The site really looked exactly like the pictures. everything very clean, equipped kitchen, spacious place. quiet place, easy access location, close to the city where it has all supermarket structure, pharmacy, fuel station.. The motorboat tour can be done without having to leave the ranch, bringing convenience and tranquility. Lucas is very helpful and attentive.

Arnaldo was very friendly and attentive in the whole process, from before our arrival, until our departure! Completely, extremely clean and organized apartment! Perfect garage, perfect lighting, flawless air conditioning, one of the best locations we've ever made, and we've been on the site from the beginning!

The space met expectations, flexible check-in and check-out! The location is a little confusing to get to by GPS, with a dirt road... but we managed to contact the host and it was easy to find. It faces the Furnas Dam. It has a nearby market and also a restaurant. Thanks for the stay!

Amazing!!! Perfect house, extremely clean and fragrant, Cris is the friendliness in person, she helps with everything. Room decoration for Valentine's Day, which made the moment even more special. The hard part was finding the house, I missed a better description of the location, it is far from the city of Capitólio but it is close to the main tours. I'll definitely come back more often…

The flats are located in a place of not so easy access and I indicate to arrive by day, but it still pays too much, the rooms are facing the lake and seeing the sunrise and sunset of the place is very worth it! In addition Bárbara is an amazing hostess, always at the disposal, extremely dear, offered us breakfast in her inn that is a little further and is available for what we need. We spent the two days in Capitol, but we were able to enjoy the sunrise on the deck on the lake and it was very beautiful!

We went on this trip my husband and our two children pets stayed 3 days more amazing, no doubt the house of julinho was one of the best (if not the best), that we have already stayed. Easy and privileged location in the morning with the corner of countless passaries ,a sunrise and incredible sunset, the condominium has a garden and a perfect swimming pool, we do not use it but we enjoyed sunset we lay on the chairs and it was incredible. The house is exepcional , new and without useless things. Everything we really needed to make the meals had and even barbecue and backyard that was great , as we enjoyed a lot with pets. I just have to thank you for the amazing hospitality and for the wonderful days we have had, we will soon be back for more days. Thank you Julinho , God bless you, and prosper. :) And new guests go unafraid to find perfect , beautiful and clean lodging!

We loved our stay at Gilmar's ranch, privileged location. The ranch is even better than the listing photos. Gilmar was extremely attentive and always willing to help us.

Our accommodation was very good, the house is very large and very well located! We like it very much, the Emersom responsible for us handing the key, has always been very helpful!

What a spectacular place congratulations, only an observation is the exchange of some very old mattresses and use impermeable liners on them to avoid odours.

Ricardo was a great host, always responded quickly to messages and offered to be available for any questions. Wonderful place, with an incredible view, with a lot of peace and tranquility. The mattresses of the beds were all recently changed, accommodating everyone with great comfort and space. We will definitely come back!

Very cozy house and super equipped with everything, perfect for those who like to cook. Large garden well manicured, cool for dogs and children, large and clean bathrooms, comfortable rooms, functional internet and tv if the day is too ugly to leave, there is no pool but it is not a problem because it is so close to the dam. The owners are extremely attentive and helpful, they answered our questions, helped and guided us to very good tours.
