Holiday rentals with a pool in São João da Boa Vista

Very peaceful home. Sitting on the deck and watching the Tucans and Parrots was a treat. Marcia was very attentive to our questions. Clean and very well equipped for cooking. Would definitley stay here again.

The house is very beautiful, well cared for, with all the necessary utensils, of great quality and in good condition. There were some groceries available that were very helpful. In general, the house is great, the neighborhood quiet and safe. The very attentive, polite, and available hosts. I highly recommend it!

We spent great days staying at Luiz's house. We would return more often for sure.

The teacara was the first in São João that we really felt we could spend several days without problems. well-equipped kitchen, several tvs, various places to relax and enjoy. The windows have a screen for insect protection. The pool was impeccable, we were told that they use ozone, an expensive treatment but leaves the water transparent, wonderful to swim. Points worth commenting on: there are dogs but they don't bother. There are other animals also such as chickens and fish, a homemade will feed them twice a day. You will be responsible for taking the trash from the brass in the trash can that is at a distance that has to be traveled by car, this may mainly bother the risk of the bag sticking and leaking into the trunk.

All quiet. The condo is very cozy and lively, with a beautiful green area, a vintage charm and friendly and helpful staff. The apartment super nice and clean, exactly like the photos. I definitely want to stay here again next year. Thanks, Daniela.

Each space of Gloc Villa brings a new experience, and this time it was incredible to combine a lot of comfort and spaciousness at the same time. Inside and out! What a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains! I'll be back!

Catherine was an excellent host. Very friendly and attentive, she always answered us and was kind to offer us indications of events.

Caio's apartment is excellent. It has everything you need. You can really feel at home. The elevator is right next to it, so you don't even have to walk much to access the outside of the condominium. And this one, in turn, dismisses comment. Second time staying, all amazing. In addition to the wonderful structure, on commemorative dates, it has several leisure activities (e.g., at Easter, egg hunting with children). The condominium team is rated 10 and Caio was very attentive, answered all my questions, quickly. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is brand new, everything was clean and organized. Easy access and close to the centre. Paula is very solicitous, always responding quickly to messages. I highly recommend the apartment.

Alexandre was amazing, communication is a differential, very attentive! The space is wonderful, full of life and practicality, I recommend! we were able to visit practically all the tourist spots in 4 days, close to everything if it is by car, I was very happy with this choice!

We had a wonderful experience in our stay! The house was excellent, exactly the same as in the pictures, which made us very pleased. Bed and bath linens were of great quality. The bathroom was excellent, and the shower worked perfectly, with very hot water. City had a nice hairdryer! The kitchen was complete, with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The living room was large and welcoming, ideal for interaction. The Internet worked perfectly, allowing two people to work simultaneously online without any problem. The common area also exceeded our expectations, being comfortable and perfectly illustrated in the photos. Also, the surrounding countryside was simply beautiful! We went to the blues festival in the mountains and the host, Gil, was exceptional! He did everything to support us by offering tips and transportation options. Gil made us super comfortable and was always available! We recommend and will be back with friends!
