Welcome to our family beach house! A home where we create memories and special moments and that is available to share with you! Our house is a retreat with a swimming pool, barbecue area, and lots of hammocks for relaxing. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, and an outdoor area for up to 3 cars. We are just 200 meters from Grussaí Beach Post 3, and a few minutes from the Gastronomic Pole, SESC and Liberdade Avenue, where shops and restaurants are located. Pet Friendly Environment!

Moradia da Praia is located on Grussaí beach, São João da Barra-RJ, approximately 28 km from the city of Campos dos Goytacazes-RJ and 8 km from the city of São João da Barra-RJ. We are close to Feirinha (Open only in the summer season), close to the Santo Amaro church, we are 1.5 km from Sesc, shops and etc... And it is very close to the sea, just 300 meters. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room and a full play area for fun, and in a great location.
