My stay in Jonas' place was absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. It had a cozy and welcoming feel that made it easy to relax after long days exploring Rio. The check-in process was smooth, and the building felt very secure, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Botafogo, a lively and authentic neighborhood. I loved being surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and local shops, all within walking distance. Public transport was also easily accessible, which made getting around the city really convenient. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, safe, and gives you a real taste of local life in Rio, I’d definitely recommend this one. I’d happily stay here again!

My stay was great! O Condominio is large and super quiet. The very kind staff. A Rosana ALWAYS very helpful, promptly answered all my questions and helped me a lot with quick and accurate answers! Bed linen and bath linens are well clean. Ape clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, all very excellent! I'll be back for sure!

Great location and amazing view facing Copacabana beach and central to all restaurants and other shopping. Would love to revisit this home in the future.

Extraordinary stay in Rio! Isabelle's apartment is sublime, ultra convenient and equipped, and perfectly located (at the perfect intersection of Copacabana and Ipanema). I had an amazing stay! The apartment had a gorgeous view of Copacabana Beach—even better than the photos. The location was super comfortable and convenient, close to everything I needed. What really made the experience special was how flexible and accommodating the host was. He allowed me to check in early and check out late, which made a huge difference in my trip. Truly grateful for the hospitality—this place made my time in Rio unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The place is wonderful, super cozy, very smells, an energy that is contagious, and the perfect location with many bars, restaurants around. Rose is a real love. Always helpful, it gave us several incredible tips about the city. Unfortunately, during this trip, I experienced a tragedy. In the midst of this devastating moment, Rose came to meet me personally, welcomed me with affection and even allowed me to spend an extra day without charging. I cannot express in words how much his generosity and light have made a difference to me. In addition to the amazing experience that my love and I had in their lodging, I gained a friend for life. I am forever grateful to Rose.

The house is excellent, we were 5 couples with small children, outdoor area with great visualization of the children playing everywhere they were. With ctz we will return!

Our stay at Mônica's place exceeded our expectations. Her house is very comfortable, everything was well organized and clean. The neighborhood is super quiet and quiet. The house is about 5 min walk to the beach and it was a nice walk to do with the children, as the streets are essentially residential and have little car circulation. Upon awakening the children were very happy to see the monkeys strolling through the trees in front of the house and many birds landing on the balcony. It was a perfect family weekend.

Wonderful stay – ideal for families with children and groups of friends! Our experience was simply spotless! The house is extremely comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, with large rooms that perfectly accommodated our family, which included a 5-year-old child, full of energy. For those traveling with children, the place is excellent: safe, with plenty of room to play, plus bicycles available. The outdoor area is a real highlight — the barbecue is great for socializing and the heated pool guaranteed fun even on the coldest day. Another point we loved was the variety of board games available, perfect for group leisure time and for entertaining the children during rest times. The house provides both fun and tranquility, ideal for relaxing and recharging.

The accommodation was excellent! The space is great, very close to the beach, it was very clean and tidy, and Elaine was very helpful. It was very worth it.

A flawless host and a magnificent condominium and apartment. The balcony offers an ocean view, and falling asleep to the sound of waves is the best. The apartment is very clean and cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property features a heated pool, cleaned weekly. There are cameras and staff everywhere, making it very calm and safe. The host was very attentive and friendly. Right across the street is a beach with few people, where you can enjoy the ocean. My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. The place is small but cozy with all the possible amenities to cook, bathe and sleep, despite being in a busy place you do not hear anything from outside, the concierges are super attentive to our arrivals and departures and very good vibes. It is located in a super central place 10 minutes from the Cinelandia subway on foot, which connects with many tourist attractions and close to many attractive places such as the Selaron staircase and the Lapa arches on foot, in addition to the Lapa bars less than 1 block away, Uber arrives and leaves without problems and there is a 24-hour bakery, pharmacies and greengrocers very close. We loved the place and I 100% recommend staying there. Luiz is always attentive to our questions.
