I spent the weekend with my girlfriend and we loved the place. Good space, good structure, good furniture and very tasteful decoration. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it has air conditioning in both bedrooms, heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, a heated towel rack and a gas shower. There is a balcony in the living room and another in the larger bedroom, both facing the back of the condominium, to a very beautiful and quiet green area. At night it is very quiet, you can only hear the sound of the wind in the trees. A point of attention is that the heaters, towel rack and the gas shower junker have smart switches, and these can turn off with power outages, and in the case of the junker outlet, it is necessary to remove the mirror from the outlet and manually activate the button that turns on the switch. The experience was great and the location is spectacular, we intend to return in the near future!

Impeccable apartment. Everything is clean, new and tidy. Exactly as advertised. It has a mini market and breakfast at a fair price, if you want to order separately. Altair helped us when we needed it.

The apartment is comfortable and with fast internet. It could have a little more utensils (wine glasses, dish cloth, detergent and sponge), but it would just be suggested something additional. The location is excellent, next to the crooked street and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, the indoor street etc. From the balcony of the 414 you can see the building of the Hard Hock Café. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

Great location. Easy access to all the attractions of centroe next to the charming crotch street. Near the market and pharmacy. The cozy Pousada, though, very old. For those who are going to rest and sightseeing has a great cost benefit.

The house corresponds exactly to the listing and we were still very positively surprised, as it is a property in excellent condition, with all the necessary utensils and offering a comfort that makes us want to stay much longer! Super recommend the Taci house for those who want to visit Gramado. The Casa is in a great location, not to mention that just staying at home already has a lot to do, the condominium has a Jacuzzi, heated pool, gym, and sauna. Taci was extremely receptive, the house was very clean, and super cozy, if I need to go back to Gramado, I will definitely stay in this house again.

Certainly, if not the best, one of the best places to stay in Gramado, a super complete resort with great structure. As for the room, it fully meets the expectations expected of an accommodation of this standard, not to mention that it is on the 4th floor with a large balcony. Host responds quickly and answers all questions, super fast and easy check-in and checkout, I recommend it without a doubt.

Beautiful place, honestly we like cinnamon more than Gramado, very well located very spacious house, at first for 8 people but it fits well over very large 3 floors well equipped, we love it was amazing our trip, we hope to return again…

Good accommodation with an excellent location and good disposition, the capacity is for 10 people maximum and one of the double beds is an armchair bed. it looks like it was an excellent property, although maybe it could use a bit of maintenance

An impeccable stay, this is how we summarize our experience. The house is beautiful, cozy, spacious and comfortable, with all possible amenities available. It is located in a gated community of houses (Gramado lakes), extremely quiet, with some small lakes full of ducks, Wanters, pheas and many other birds. The hosts, Carolina and Jairo, are very attentive and polite, always available and concerned about our comfort. We didn't miss anything in our stay! I cannot forget to mention the friendliness of Aninha, who received us with great affection and dedication!

Everything was very nice and tasty. We have nothing to complain about from the house and the host. Clean, comfortable and very nice home, Caio answered everything we asked and was kind. Guilherme was also super accessible from when we arrived until it was time to leave. The house is a condominium with 3 lakes and plenty of nature. It was a very pleasant and pleasant stay.
