We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

The stay at Gabriel's house was perfect, the house is wonderful and accommodated me, my husband and our friend very well and, for sure, we will stay again.

We went to an event at the São Paulo Expo, with 4 adults and a baby. The house is simply very cozy, we felt at home from start to finish. Elaine was super predisposed and cordial, we arrived late and yet she checked us in with great sympathy. The house is very complete, it has basically everything a family needs and in my view, personally it is better than what is seen in the photos. If I have the opportunity to return to São Paulo with friends, I will stay again.

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive host. Just one important note is that depending on the route you take, the GPS may direct you to pass through the favela.

The apartment is as it is in the photos, a cutie, cozy, clean, organized. Paula was very attentive, when I arrived the bathroom light wasn't working, I contacted her, who quickly arranged for someone to fix it... always responding to my messages with great politeness and speed. She took great care of the apartment beforehand, leaving the bed linen clean and fragrant, and with a welcome chocolate. The kitchen and utensils are well maintained… Soft bed, and the sofa is very comfortable. I only stayed 3 days, but I would have stayed much longer. The fact that it was very close to the airport, a determining factor in my choice, did not hinder anything, as I could not even hear the planes. The gym is super good for training. I'll definitely stay again.

Plenty of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Well-located studio, building with good amenities such as access to St Marche through the parking lot, large and well-equipped gym and swimming pool. The studio has good sound insulation from street noise due to the sliding door. The host is super helpful.

The host is wonderful. I had a problem with my flight arrival and he was very attentive and helped my mother check in to the building. The Loft is in a great location and most importantly, it is very safe! It meets all my needs.

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to find and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to come back more often. Elaine is an exceptional host and her place is nothing short of what’s stated in the description!! She gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat!! There were so many restaurants and little places nearby and getting around is very easy and walkable. The location and surrounding areas felt safe, at least in our experience. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!
