Great for those who need to stay to do something in the area. In my case, I stayed to go to a concert at Vibra SP and it was amazing! Uber is super affordable (both on the way there and back) and there is a bus that stops in front of the apartment and drops you off next to the concert hall. Regarding the environment: it is super comfortable, equipped and was very clean. The parking also helps out, as it was one of the few options I found on Airbnb with a space included and at a good price! The whole stay was very quiet and we had no problems. Marcelo is also super friendly and responded quickly to the question we had.

Everything was impeccable

I loved the accommodation, the space and the region. I intend to return more often, it is undoubtedly a special place in the city of São Paulo. Mariana is a wonderful host, welcoming me and willing to give good tips. Finally, the cottage is a delight, comfortable and with a graceful garden. Not to mention the gazebo next to the house, giving an extra charm to the whole experience.

I loved the stay at Guilherme and Fernanda's apartment, they are wonderful hosts, they attend to us immediately, the doormen are wonderful, the bed linen is 300 cotton threads, the location is extraordinary! Excellent stay, space faithful to the description of the listing, well located, several options of restaurants nearby.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

We felt very comfortable, and the activities at the Hospital that we had scheduled were incredibly facilitated since the distance is very close.

Apartamento da Cristina is wonderful, clean and super-equipped. Cristina is a sweetheart, gave us super attention and was very kind. The location is wonderful, in a few steps we are on the beach and there is a lot to do around. Note 1000 We'll be back for sure

Great experience! I loved the apartment, the view from the balcony, the common areas of the building and the location. Co-hosts were great, they answered my doubts in seconds. And the staff of the building were very nice as well. A negative point is that the dishes were very dirty and the dumpster broken, but it did not get in the way of my stay.

A great place to rest, the house is complete and organized with the things we need for our stay. The view is incredible, I love the sunset there We are always greeted with chocolates lol The house is always organized and clean, the lawn is very well maintained. We really like it!!

Excellent experience! From the moment I arrived until the farewell, everything was impeccable. The space is exactly as described—clean, comfortable and cozy, one of those places that make you feel at home right away. The location is perfect, very close to everything I needed, making my stay much easier. The garage spaces are tight, but the condominium guidelines for parking prevent cars from being parked next to each other, avoiding unwanted damage. The underground market is excellent and the acoustic door of the room is wonderful.

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!
