Rating: 5 stars The cottage is simply wonderful! Very cozy, perfect for resting and enjoying nature. The bathtub is a real highlight — relaxing and with a beautiful view! Dennis' reception was excellent, he welcomed us very well, explained everything calmly and even recommended great places to visit in the region. The city is also super charming and welcoming. I'll definitely come back more often!

The stay was amazing, my people loved everything so much!!! Joel is an amazing guy, with no comment, he has made no effort to assist us in what it took. Danielli always available and concerned for us to have the best use and experience. I have indicated to several people who are sure to rent in the future. And as for me, I want to come back.

We had a wonderful weekend, well welcomed, by the homemakers. Place as the photos of the ad, very clean and well organized td. Even without the sun, we were able to have fun, as the space is wide. Praá who want to enjoy with family or friends,I recommend 100%. We are sure to be back soon.

A review of: A great find if you don't have a lot of noise issues. Veracidade: the place is identical to the photos, very green around, super open hut, space with grass, in the days we stayed sun and it was a delight! Structure: we did like, breakfasts and had all the basics that was needed. Room: comfortable, ok! Location: super easy to reach, accessibility of uber and saw buses passing in front: Noise: as I mentioned in the previous point, there are buses passing in front, the wall of the house is facing the avenue so yes, unfortunately there is constant noise. General: Still I found a great option I would love muuuuito if it were quieter, but this is it, the place is great, the surroundings are noisy, overlapping sound box, sometimes I will come back yes only in the moments that I am seeking escape not only from the grey of SP but also from the noise, they were super attentive during the stay and also with checkin and checkout.

The house is all good, wonderful, spacious and cozy environments, huge pool, has a green area, you are awakened by birdsong, with huge trees, delicious shade to throw a treadmill and take a nap or read a good book. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe, the concierge staff very efficient and polite. Gustavo is a gentleman, proactive and always willing to help with anything. Amamos and certainly in addition to returning, I recommend.

The accommodation at Thais's home was very good and met me according to my goals. I had a setback as soon as I arrived with my car on the ground, due to heavy rain, and Thais, always very friendly and helpful, helped me promptly by solving the problem I committed myself. In relation to the house, it is very simple and rustica, great cost benefit. I travelled with my dog who loved to be connected in the midst of nature. The condominium is easy to reach and very safe, and has a small waterfall at 500mtrs that is a delight. The only negative point, which I have already talked to Thais, was in relation to the pressure of the water from the shower. May have been clogged due to heavy rain, but it almost doesn't leave the right water, and it was the only thing that really bothered me. Te rest super recommend. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience renting a space for the holidays and would like to share my recommendation. The hostess, Renata, was always kind and her communication was exceptional, responding promptly at any time of day. The house is spacious and bright, exactly as the pictures show. It was impeccably clean and airy, providing a family-friendly and safe environment, perfect for rest and tranquility. In addition, the caretaker Nino was extremely attentive, meeting all our needs quickly and efficiently, always available when we needed him. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! We loved the stay! The cottage is beautiful! Everything was organised, clean and well cared for. The hosts were very responsive. We had complimentary breakfast and it was wonderful.

easy communication and great response time, both Fabiane and Mr. Maranhão were always willing to help, the space is large, well-lit and very pleasant, I believe that the only detail is the pool that is a little smaller than appears in the photos and 1 of the double beds that was broken, but it was easy to adapt and accommodate, it's worth it!!

The cabin is beautiful, private and super safe. The streets are very bumpy and there are a lot of hills, the ideal is to go by car if you want to go for a walk, but we went by Uber and it worked out great. We went to our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience, the view is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable, the TV huge, the outdoor area is a grace (and during the day the trees and walls around them are full of monkeys and squirrels), the fire pit very easy to light, the food from the restaurants delivered by ifood are of the best quality and arrive very fast. Leandro was very attentive and the instructions were very clear, and as he said, to return by Uber is a little difficult, but we were lucky to find a very nice driver on the way there and who brought us back as well.

Everything was impeccable, organised and clean, warm bath towels, the fragrance of the soap, shampoo and conditioner from Natura was very good, the bath mousse for use in the bathtub makes real foam, whoever chose these products has good taste and was assertive in their choice. The white bedding and four pillows made the bed more cozy. My boyfriend and I loved it, we were able to rest and enjoy a moment of our own, it was perfect.

There is a shopping centre nearby, there is a waterfall with trails, the hosts were super attentive, friendly and always ready to help.
