The house is suitable for families and children and is also perfect for events! The location is in Yilan County in Yuanshan Township.There is the nearby areas of Mong Lung Pi and Longtan Lake Scenic Area. We also invite you to ride your bicycles roaming around the many different trails and around the lake. We are also abotu 150 meteres away from the private Hui Light Middle School. The city of Yilan is located in the central and most favored part of the Lanyang Plain. Streams and rivers provide a constant source of replenishment for the nutrients in the soil here, making Yilan a breadbasket county. Yilan looks out to the sea on Taiwan's Northeast Coast, with mountains on the three other sides forming a unique geography that has nurtured an equally distinctive cultural landscape and human warmth. The county is home to Asia's second longest highway tunnel, the Hsuehshan Tunnel, which has reduced the driving time between Yilan and Taipei to less than 50 minutes. We only host one group of guests (non-shared rental rooms). The property is located in a quiet alley, has a spacious and bright living room, is quiet and peaceful at night, and has 1 dedicated free parking space. If you have more than one car, the extra car needs to be parked on the white line on Licheng Road. Please do not park in the small road behind the house (garbage trucks pass by). When using navigation, please avoid taking country roads. The smoothest and best route is from Licheng Road. The water heater at Caisha Hall is an electric storage water heater, so after prolonged use, you may need to slow down to give the water heater time to heat up again. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
