Safe location (gated residential complex), quiet, spacious, comfortable, with a grass football field, a swimming pool for children and adults (with a shallow and deep section), a grass volleyball or badminton court, barbecue with freezer and a duplex refrigerator, en-suites with ceiling fans, space for a home office in the en-suites, and a wonderful view. It is not allowed parties after 22:00 hours and do not release fireworks. After 10:00 pm the guests who came to spend the day must leave the house
