Our apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a small balcony. In the living room, there is a sofa that becomes a double bed, a kitchen integrated into the living room. The living room has a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Wi-Fi and air conditioning. All rooms have natural light. The living room has a window as does the bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped and with all the amenities. It is newly renovated and everything is new to enjoy an excellent stay.

If you want long-term stays, it's best to ask directly. Modern 55m penthouse in downtown Alcalá with fireplace and 30m terrace. Perfect for families, couples, and business trips. Bus/taxi to Madrid and airport 50 meters away. The parking lot is shared and is just 200m from the accommodation. You must first access the apartment to pick up the parking remote and then park. Baby strollers can be left in the meter room during the stay.
