Hello, I'm opening this beautiful property for rentals! * Rentals open until March/2024* This house has 6 suites and 8 bathrooms with shower in total, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi and a beautiful green area with lots of fruit! At the back of the farm there is an access ramp to the Paranapanema River. It is in a condominium in Santa Inês - PR, near the border with SP (100 km from Maringá/90 km from Pres. Prudente). I rent for weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), long holidays or by season.
