The property is much more complete than what was posted. It has 3 very comfortable rooms with their own bathroom each. Yes there is hot water in all the bathrooms. It is located on the river bank of the Mindo which is in case a luxury. It's very quiet and safe. It's close to the butterfly and downtown Mindo. We loved it.

Lovely stay! Beautiful scenery and lovely, well-kept grounds. Convenient location that was a 5 minute walk to the main plaza.

Excellent stay, quiet and with lots of nature, ideal for a getaway from the noise of the city. The caretaker is very friendly and always willing to help. It was a great experience, recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! It was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and everything worked perfectly. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with—very kind and responsive. Her mom was also extremely helpful, making the experience even better. The location is safe, and the house itself is lovely. I highly recommend staying here!

The place and the house were perfect to disconnect, relax a little and be distracted. It is close to the center (15 min in carro) but away enough not to deal with traffic, noise etc.
