The house is located in front of Lencois Maranhenses Park, at the edge of the Barreira das Pacas river - the best bath in Rio Alegre in Santo Amaro/MA. Through the house you can hike until you climb the dunes and make a beautiful hike at sunrise. The house has a large balcony, which has a game area, pool table and pong pong. It also has freezer, Churrasqueira, tables and chairs, as well as kayaks that can be used both in the lagoons and on the banks of the river.

Casa Melinda Atins Beach

Casa Melinda is 200m from the beach and 50m from shops and restaurants. In the main house, there is 1 suite with a King Size bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with hot water, and 1 WC. The large living room and the American kitchen give access to a large veranda. In the secondary house, there are 2 suites with 1 double bed and 1 suite with 2 single beds.
