Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santiago Province

Incredible place! We were so happy to walk in and find some chocolates and a small bottle of wine. Its not much, but the thoughtfulness and consideration goes along way. The view was incredible and the property was clean. Fully stocked kitchen with pans, silverware, and cups. Free washer and dryer. And most importantly... hot water!!! And I mean hot hot water which was such a blessing after we stayed in others that didn't have it. Be prepared for a crazy drive to get there and read the directions to stop at the security gate to get the keys.

Excelente estadia, todo justo como descrito en el listing. Nuestro grupo le encantó la casa y la host excelente, siempre atenta y respondiendo a cualquier inquietud en el momento. Nos quedaríamos ahi en cualquier visita a Santiago sin pensarlo dos veces!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as advertised: clean, beautifully decorated, and centrally located, with most destinations less than a 20-minute drive away. Saul, who managed the property, was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The pool was well-maintained, and the overall experience was great. We’d rent this place again during a future visit.

I absolutely loved staying at Yasmin’s place. The house is spotless and very roomy for two travelers. The pool was beautiful and kept very clean. We did have an issue with the AC not working in the rooms but as soon as I let the host know it was fixed immediately. The host was responsive and so helpful throughout our whole stay. I would highly recommend Anyone who is visiting DR to stay here!

Tuve una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa hospedándome en este apartamento. De hecho, esta fue mi segunda vez reservando con ellos, y una vez más, todo superó mis expectativas. El apartamento era hermoso, fresco y acogedor, con una vista increíble que hizo que la estadía fuera aún más placentera. El precio también fue muy razonable, lo que me permitió quedarme algunos días más. El señor Iván Arias fue excepcionalmente atento y siempre estuvo disponible para brindar cualquier información o ayuda que necesitara. Su apoyo realmente marcó la diferencia y le dio un toque personal a toda la experiencia. Estoy profundamente agradecido por la hospitalidad, la excelente comunicación y la calidad general tanto del apartamento como del servicio. I genuinely don’t have any complains the Airbnb is absolutely beautiful!!! Just like the picture of anything in my opinion it looks like something from a magazine in person. Luis is super attentive any questions I had he was always quick to respond. The location is super quiet which I loved cause you get to actually rest. Driving to the location you do have to pass security, making the Airbnb super safe. The hot tub is a plus it fits a good amount of people in there. The area is residential so unfortunately at times the music can’t be on while on the rooftop. But you can always go downstairs to the apartment and enjoy music from inside the rooms.

Place was exactly as described and centrally located to everything. My family and I stayed at 4 airbnbs during our trip and Paola was so responsive and attentive and was a pleasure to speak with. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santiago!

Mi estadía fue excelente. El apartamento es precioso, con un diseño moderno y muy acogedor. Todo estaba limpio, bien equipado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La piscina fue uno de mis lugares favoritos, perfecta para relajarse. Me sentí muy cómoda durante toda la estancia. ¡Sin duda volvería! Recomendado al 100%.

Me encantó estar en este alojamiento junto a mi familia. Paloma es una excelente anfitriona, siempre está disponible para cualquier duda. Es igual que en las fotos, todo muy limpio. Disfrutamos la piscina y el parque infantil solo teníamos que caminar por 2 minutos.
