The apartment is just like the description, plus it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent location within walking distance of the subway, eateries and supermarkets. Jaime was very clear with the check-in instructions and how to locate the assigned parking. We had a pleasant stay, we would definitely stay here again.

Felipe is a great host! The apartment is cozy, tidy, fully equipped and also in great location, There are convenience stores, supermarkets, barber shops and pharmacies near the building. costanera center, metro and the local sports club also within walking distance. Unforgettable stay! The apartment was impeccable, super comfortable bed, with blankets and pillows for all tastes. The shower has great pressure, the heater is powerful and fast — on cold nights, we even feel warm. The view is surreal: you can see the sunrise and sunset from the bed, as if it were a movie screen. The Wi-Fi never failed. Excellent location: markets, subway, snow clothes rental and tourist spots just a few minutes away. Franz is a rare host: attentive, quick to respond, gave several tips and was even flexible with check-in/out. She left us some welcome wine and chocolates that we loved so much that we bought some to take back to Brazil. It was our second international trip together, with a marriage proposal, our first time in the snow, and we found our temporary home here. Every day, we said 'let's go home'. If we go back to Santiago, we won't think of anywhere else. Thank you, Franz!

clean environment, with everything you need, the location is good, close to a station, you can go out at night with peace of mind and there are markets and things to eat nearby, if I come back in the future, I would stay there again. Not to mention the beautiful view, I recommend it

Arturo always responded to us promptly even early in the morning. He was a super friendly host and provided clear instructions. Amenities were comprehensive, and the location was good. Convenient and walkable to many major attractions and some lovely neighborhoods like Lastarria.

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!
