Excellent place near Fundidora

Don't be fooled by what the building looks like on the outside, the depa is remodeled, super well, with everything necessary and very clean. It's a quiet area, and centrally located to move to various points in the city. The only thing you should not forget, is that the depa is on the 4th floor, and the steps are narrow and it is a little dark at night, but if you are not afraid to go up and down, it will seem excellent!! Samuel is also an excellent host.

Everything was excellent, the house is very comfortable and nice. Communication was always prompt and friendly. The only thing is that maybe I didn't understand well when booking but the fourth room is a room inside the laundry room. Outside everything was perfect.

A very cute place, easily accessible and above all with a very good location. The reason for my trip was Pa'l Norte and the location was excellent because it took us approx. 20 minutes to arrive, which was very good and in the area all the time we were assigned a very fast driver. Mario super attentive and kind all the time, it will undoubtedly be one of our first options to return to the festival.

A very good place to rest, it has a garage with a gate and that helps that the car is not on the street, the place is quiet, everything is clean The only thing I struggled with a little was in being able to mediate the water because it was very hot but out there everything is fine

A quiet place with good vibes is perceived, I feel like the room is a bit lacking in comfort If I had a TV Curtains where I don't filter the light And a more comfortable mattress and pillows would be great as well the bathroom could be better But the kid is a beautiful person who guides you at all times and makes you feel at home
