Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santiago

It is an excellent place to stay, everything is very clean and tidy, the services that are there are the ones that are offered, a very good area, it is quiet and very safe. Communication is also fast and very good, and an excellent price, I would hire it again without problems.

I went with my family to an event, and the house was the ideal meeting point, super comfortable, beautiful, it was in the middle of the restaurant, the udem, until the beauty room was 5 minutes away, Esther an excellent host, we decided to stay one more night to rest and live with the family. I highly recommend it!!

very good area, quiet and with places to relax, close to the event we attended and highways. Comfortable house with good climate, clean and enough to cook, bathe and sleep comfortably.

The house met our expectations exactly. We were a large group and we didn't have any problems. The area is very quiet.

Had everything we needed and we loved the “Things to eat/do” book, we ate at a few places and went to a few places that were recommended and they were great/fun.

One of the best experiences I've had, the house is beautiful, everything was impeccable, it smelled delicious, the rooms are very spacious and with comfortable beds. It has everything you need for a short or long stay, you really feel at home. Everything is in very good condition, the spaces are very spacious and it has a very nice and well-kept patio. We will definitely return on a future visit because we were happy with our stay. Lissy is very nice, very attentive at all times, very helpful and always attentive, communication 10/10. A place you'll definitely want to return to!!

The apartment had everything mentioned in the publication, everything tidy and clean, all the amenities needed for the stay, the balcony is a plus since the view is beautiful, super comfortable armchairs and bed, an apartment that I would return to without thinking, I loved it ❤️

Mario’s place was fantastic. It was close to the hospital I went to get my lasik surgery done and also close to many other great food places and attractions like the casino. My only issue was with the bathrooms, which could’ve been more upgraded considering the price, but everything was clean and comfortable. There was security on premises at all times and the building was very secure. Mario was very communicative and friendly. I would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was cozy and clean. The ac worked great. And this place has an amazing view of the city. Great location and Walking distance from a convention store for snacks. The host were also very responsive and great with check in process.

Great place !

The apartment is as shown on the photos. Pretty confortable space. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths made it great. The views are incredible and even more so from the rooftop terrace. Beds were confortable and good amount of pillows. Plenty of towels for pool or the apt. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of toiletries for my stay. Very secure building, didn’t use the pool but looked really nice, rooftop terrace had a small gym but functional, even a workspace area which was nice. Only one TV on the living room area, not on the bedrooms, but not a set back. Just would have been nice to be able to watch a movie from the bed. There is a gas station and minimarket just down the road from the building which is convenient. Overall a great experience.

Good accommodation and space, very easy instructions, good location.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean, it has what you need in the kitchen and the location seemed perfect to me, we arrived very easily to where we wanted. And Luis, who was always looking out for us and our comfort, is a super host, I recommend him 10 out of 10.

The accommodation was super comfortable, private, close to everything, all kinds of places nearby for any need, very clean, just like the photographs, the host was always attentive to questions, we would definitely stay there again.
