We were using Luis's house, a group of colleagues from the company. The house is very nice, large, as shown in the photos and description. Luis is a super host, always attentive to my requests and messages. The truth was a super spacious stay, unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of it so much but it was definitely just what we expected. Thank you Luis

The house is located in a very nice and quiet residential area. The check-in instructions were clear, we found the house without any inconvenience. We checked in until 2 am that we arrived in Queretaro and we had problems with the door lock upon arrival at the house. Even late at night, Ana helped us access the property. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. We couldn't turn on the hot water in the morning, but were able to bathe in warm water without any issues. It is a super beautiful place and I will definitely stay again with my family when we return to Queretaro for a visit.

The house is very nice, comfortable and elegant. Everything is very clean, and the photos match reality. A very safe and conveniently located place, close to shopping malls and downtown. Communication with the host was fast and clear at all times, which made our stay much easier. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is located in a quiet area, very comfortable beds, Sergio left us a welcome gift that is greatly appreciated. We were unlucky that the Beach Club was closed and the Jacuzzi was a little neglected, but otherwise everything was great.

This was our first long stay in an Airbnb, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with the place. The moment we opened the door, we fell in love with the house’s cozy and unique charm. Even though it’s right in Centro, the street is surprisingly quiet both day and night, a perfect balance of being central yet peaceful. A small convenience store just across the street was another bonus for the location. Everything was within walking distance, so we never felt the need for a car for our daily activities. Coming home to such a calm spot at the end of the day was a real treat. The host was always available, friendly, and super helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall, a fantastic stay
