Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santeramo in Colle

Right from the beginning Giovanni was both friendly and accommodating. He did our check-in in person which I really appreciate, and spent time making sure we understood how everything in the apartment worked. He also provided us with a great list of local restaurants and his recommendations. The apartment itself was in a superb location, only minutes walk from everything we wanted to see and do in Bari. It was bright, open and airy, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well provisioned and well furnished. The pictures show the apartment exactly how it is in reality. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose and would highly recommend it. My wife and I came to Bari with our children and our grand daughter and have only positive things to say about our stay in Giovanni's apartment.

The beds were glorious! Only stayed for less than a day since we just wanted to see a bit of Polignano A Mare before our flight out of Italy but would definitely recommend staying at Domenico's place for a longer stay. There is a fish munger right around the corner that gave us our best meal of our trip as well which was a bonus!

Great area, quiet neighbourhood steps from the sea and walking distance to supermarkets and public transport. The apartment had everything as described and Vito was very helpful.

We stayed at Claudia's for 4 days. Her apartment is very clean and very well equipped, with lots of nice touches. Claudia is a lovely and warm host who recommended good restaurants. We'll be happy to go back!

This apartment has a great location in Bari. The old town is a short walk away. The train station is extremely convenient for exploring other towns in the region. Davide was very helpful and responsive.

Recent, functional and perfectly equipped apartment. Has full amenities. Modern furniture and decoration. Flexible and secure check-in with keypad. Located right in the middle of the city, we were able to visit everything on foot. Vincenzo was available to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment! Small downside: Difficulty finding a parking space in the neighborhood.

We can't say enough about Piero's welcome. What a gentleman. We had to change our arrival time without any issues and even though he doesn't live in Cisternino had all the time in the world to ensure we settled in. He even spent time walking the small town with us, showing us the scenic points, where to go to make the most of our two days and where to eat to try the town's specialties. As a result we felt right at home and didn't lose time thinking through what to do and where to go. Perfect host. An easy 20/10. Thankyou Piero.

For our first trip to Puglia, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!! We felt great instantly: Very nice services perfectly arranged and equipped, top decor... The list of superlatives would be too long, in a word, for us, a real little gem!! An incredible experience not in a house but a home with a friendly host that instantly makes you feel safe being always there looking over things and being always there. Not only a home but a good place to live in: beautiful, highly aesthetic, blending in the overall architecture, with absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay: a/c, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, fully practical bathroom, super terrace to have breakfast or dinner. Our stay at Casa Fiaggiano was unforgettable. Tomasso is a wonderful host. He looked after our wellness all the time, he recommended excellent places to eat. The house is perfect, the good taste in the decor and the impeccable of every detail stands out. They provided everything for us to be very comfortable! More than recommended. We arrived by train and walked to the house, a flat and quiet walk of 10 minutes. We were very well received by Tiziana at Casa di Nonna and I was positively surprised by the calm and quiet of the place. The house is very close to the historical center of the city and to the main reactors, which yielded the great walks and walks. I think this was the warmest airbnb I've been in Italy so far, and for anyone who wants to visit Puglia is perfect, as it is close to the main cities of the region with the advantage of being a small and charming town. Highlight for the super cozy bed, the great bathroom (very well equipped), very well equipped kitchen and very beautiful decoration!

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

I can't even put into words how satisfied we were with the accommodation. We were already positively surprised upon arrival. The apartment looks even more beautiful in live. We were welcomed with a delicious bottle of red wine at the table. In addition, the location of the apartment is great and 😅 we felt like the locals and loved it! After a few meters, the restaurants and cafes start and again you have a view of the harbor a few meters. Mimma was super accessible throughout and was quick to respond. She gave helpful tips. We will be happy to come back! 🥰

Trulli and Dimore's flat was just as described in the listing, it was fresh and clean and so beautifully decorated. The balcony was spacious and had a lovely view of the sea. We were within walking distance from the beach and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. If we had any questions they were answered very quickly and they had lots of great recommendations to give us, taxi's were also arranged for us to and from the airport which was really helpful! All in all we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the beautiful old town of Monopoli!

Everything went well, the place was as described. Apartment amenities are above standard. Location in the very center. Absolutely great communication from the host, she gave us a lot of tips on what to visit. Parking is more tricky, but we've always parked at most on the block next door. We were very satisfied, if we ever visit Bari again, we will definitely stay with Matilde. GRAZIE

We had a great time in Monopoli. It's a beautiful town. The apartment was clean and everything was in order. We had no problem reaching the hosts if we had a question. The place was tranquil and private, based in the middle of oldtown. Thank you so much!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in these new apartments and we can say that it was a really excellent experience. The spaces are modern and very well cared for, with a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook like at home. We really appreciated the availability of a washer and dryer, which were freely usable. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained, an aspect that impressed us positively right away. The terrace and front garden are really lovely, decorated with care and taste, a great place to relax. There are several parking options, which was very convenient, and the location is super central. Within walking distance are restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets, making everything easily accessible. A special thank you goes to Marta and Enzo, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Hi have stayed in a large number ofAirbnb’s and Clyde is one of the best hosts I have ever had. His response time was very quick. He was so helpful and gave us great recommendations. The 3 day itinerary that was left for us was the best I’ve ever had. There was so much useful information on the card he left us. A lot of hosts could learn from him and how he manages his property. The apartment was very modern stylish and very well equipped. He has an attention to details that is rare. I honestly can’t recommend him and his apartment high enough. Plus we really missed Alexa when we left. If you don’t understand what I mean by this you will just have to book a stay at his apartment to find out. Thank you Clyde you are a superstar.
