A lovely property with a beautiful view in a quiet and peaceful part of the island. Jose was very kind and super accommodating to a last minute change we required. We had a wonderful time!

Carlos is a very good host. The house is beautiful with all the amenities, which give you the feeling of being at home and on holiday at the same time. The location is very good to reach all activities in the north of the island. A quiet location with a view of the sea with very beautiful sunsets. I look forward to the next visit to Carlos' accommodation.

We were in Madeira for a week and we loved our stay! Opção was super responsive and available. The view from the balcony was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The location was very intimate. We highly recommend this place.

A great house in a beautiful location! You can't get any closer to the sea and the sound of the sea accompanies you day and night. The house is very tastefully decorated and super clean. You make yourself at home straight away! Constantino is very helpful and has great tips. Without him, we would never have found the little beach in Seixal... We were here 14 days and enjoyed every minute. Thank you, Constantino!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! We were so impressed by the peaceful and quiet location, which allowed for a truly relaxing getaway. The property itself was of exceptionally high quality and very well-furnished, making us feel right at home. We genuinely had everything we needed and more. The heated pool and whirlpool were a fantastic bonus, providing a luxurious touch. Sabino and his family were fantastic hosts. Flexible with our arrival time, clear instructions, usuful suggestions, warm and friendly welcome at the house. The house had everything we needed. The terrace is fantastic, and the big garden can be used as well - Sabino and familiy even explained us all the plants and trees they are growing. The location is calm yet close to multiple atractions on the north side of the island. I could only recomend Sabino and his house for a great vacation in Madeira. thanks!

We had a great stay at this place! The location is ideal – just outside the city center, but easily accessible with a nice (but very steep) 30 minute walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a well-stocked supermarket and a great fruit and vegetable shop where you can shop at local prices – quite unlike the overpriced prices in the market hall of Funchal. There is also one of the best bakeries in the city nearby – a real highlight! The property itself is top equipped, clean and offers stunning views over the harbor and parts of the city with its terrace. Throughout the day you can enjoy sun, including fantastic evening sun. A perfect place to relax – we'd love to come back!

The accommodation was beautiful in a very quiet location with a breathtaking view. Everything was clean and furnished with love so that you can only feel comfortable from the first moment. It had everything you need, we also loved the many kitchen utensils and the grill, which we used every day. The terrace with whirlpool, lounge, loungers and table were the highlight. We spent a lot of time in the accommodation because we felt so comfortable. Calheta beach is 5 minutes by car and highly recommended. We also thought the private parking was great. Bruno and Maria are very accommodating and also asked how we are and if we need anything. The location was perfect for us, very quiet, lots of privacy and yet we can get everywhere by car. Mara was such an excellent host!! Very prompt in her replies and the instructions for checking in are super clear. Her apartment felt like home and we were able to places very conveniently! The place was spotless and Mara was always on standby to answer our questions. Walking from the airport to her place took only 30 min.

Modern apartment in a beautiful & peaceful setting. Check-in was straightforward and there was parking outside for our small hire car. Kitchen was generally well-equipped though we found it missing a few basics which would have made it tricky if we'd wanted to cook more ourselves.

Ideally located accommodation for hiking at the tip of San Lourenço, the environment is very quiet. You can walk to the city. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The mattress and pillows are very hard!

A beautiful apartment, but please be aware it is on a VERY steep hill. You can walk down to the town but even a relatively fit person would probably need to get a taxi back up. Taxi is around €7. Beautiful pool that is shared with apartment on the ground floor. Welcome pack was a nice surprise! Everything is as described in the listing. Cristina is a very responsive host. The accommodation was very nice and spacious. The communication with the host was great. The only downside is the bar, which is just opposite and where there used to be noise late into the night.

The stay at Juan’s House let us to relax in great atmosphere. The apartment is well equiped even including cofee machine. There is a view at ocean from taracce. It is very clean and very well prepared for guests.

Wonderful apartment right on the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and has everything you need. Also has easy parking just outside. An extra bonus is all the great restaurants nearby!

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

We stayed for a week with 4 people in a very nice apartment. We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Ideal for 2 couples. We highly recommend this clean and tastefully decorated accommodation. This condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view. Plenty of seating, close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The infinity pool which looked over the ocean was lovely. We would definitely recommend.
