Great accommodation. Once again I was very well received by Thayron's parents. The house has everything the guest needs for a good stay. Very quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, greengrocer and bakery nearby. The house is less than 2 km from downtown Timóteo. I recommend it to all future guests.

Casa Nova, well located, well-structured (furniture; appliances/electronics- such as fridge, stove, washing machine, tv, air conditioning, microwave, air fryer; cabinets…), clean. The photos correspond to reality. Very attentive Rubens and responded quickly to the sent msg. I recommend it!

Great view from the back deck. Nice location to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The house has a lot of space for guests and plenty of beds. The house is older but very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the yard where they could explore safely locked inside the gate.

She was a lovely host and the place was very nice with lots of space. Backyard is very private.

Casa do Feijão is a piece of paradise! Pure air, quiet, very green and a lot of peace. Impeccable house, totally faithful to the photos. Space well built and made with whimsical detail. Alexandre is a super helpful and thoughtful host. I recommend this stay by its standard of differentiated quality, I definitely want to stay there again. Super Satisfied and with renewed energies.

Chácara Sossego is outstanding! All brand new and well cared for, the place is quiet and easy to access. The heated pool is a delight! Rosiane is very thoughtful and thoughtful of guests, she was super friendly and polite in all in conversations we had and did everything to have a great experience! Hope to be back soon!

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The housekeeper was incredibly thoughtful and helpful, helping a lot with the commutes and making the experience even more enjoyable. The place is an oasis of tranquility, with lots of greenery and many trees, ideal for those seeking peace and connection with nature. The house is large and spacious, with a super-equipped kitchen full of utensils, which made meals much easier. Also, there were several televisions scattered around the house, ensuring entertainment for everyone. The real farm, with animals, a swimming pool and a lake, was a real charm, especially for children. And to top it off, the pool table provided fun family moments. It was an unforgettable experience and I recommend this place from the heart!

Carmem and Geraldo were excellent hosts, always attentive and helpful. We were very well received by them and we felt like friends of long dates. The place is excellent and served very well for the purpose, which was the celebration of my father's 80th birthday. Geraldo and Carmem are with improvement projects that will make the accommodations more comfortable and we intend to return to enjoy the new space. Thanks for everything Geraldo and Carmem. We love hosting in the apartment. The apartment is brand new, the view is beautiful, the air conditioning is powerful ideal for the heat of Ipatinga, beds and comfortable sofa, super practical electronic entrance. Larissa was super attentive, proactive, a love. We love it so much and we will definitely rent again. I recommend it!
