The house is located in a very quiet place on the edge of a small town, suspended between the green of the countryside and the blue of the sea. With an area of about 100 square meters, it has a large living room with two comfortable sofas, a well-equipped kitchen in a single room, two bathrooms with shower and three bedrooms. In front of the house you can enjoy a large garden where there is a table with chairs kissed by the sun from the early hours of the morning ideal for having breakfast.

The beach it overlooks is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt in the area, characterised by pebbles and gravel. The seabed is almost entirely made up of very fine sand (but this may change depending on storm surges). In short, a real beach house!!!
