Villa holiday rentals in Sant'Agata di Militello

This was our first visit to Sicily. We were a group of 8 with 3 families. We had plenty of space & privacy. The home is truly as beautiful as the photos & is like a step back in time. Maria is an amazing artist who added her special touches all over the home This was Francesco’s grandfathers home built in the late 1800’s. The backyard overlooks the town below & the ocean w Mt Etna on the other side. Magnificent! The added bonus of Rosaria’s services made us feel incredibly pampered. Her services are an additional fee but are very well worth it. She cooked 2 amazing meals for us (her chicken cacciatore is the absolute best!). She also helped secure a restaurant reservation & transportation. Note that a driver or rental car is a must. Unless you are fluent in Italian you will need translation apps. Truly a lifesaver as Sicilians often do not speak English. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to visit the beautiful island of Sicily.

Das Haus liegt einfach wunderschön mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Küste bis nach Taormina und auf die Stiefelspitze des Festlands. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind märchenhaft. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und auch über Hängematte und Tischtennisplatte haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der Lavastein und das Holz sind außen und innen eine tolle Kombination. Es gibt sehr bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten und Betten sowie Insektenschutz an Türen und Fenstern. Der Ätna-Park, Taormina und Catania sind sehr gut erreichbar. Andrea ist ein toller, sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat.

This place has been a highlight of our trip. It is peaceful, comfortable, very spacious and full of character. Our hosts were amazing, friendly, full of local knowledge and very prompt answering any questions we had. Our arrival was welcoming with delicious snacks provided and a free guided tour of how to get to the best local shops. It is close to everything that you would want to see and there is a restaurant within walking distance. The outside shower is amazing, but there are also 2 indoor alternatives. Jane and Bill

Ein perfekter Urlaub! 100% Privat, ruhig, wunderschön. Wir haben unseren Mädelsurlaub sehr genossen! Stefano war sehr bemüht & alles war sehr sauber, besonders auch der Pool. Kleines Highlight: der Nachbarsesel ;) Ein Auto braucht man auf alle Fälle, da es weit oben ist und die Straßen sehr steil - genau das macht es aber aus. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Schitterend huis! Prachtig gelegen,zicht op zee en etna. Tip top uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor taormino,alcantara,etna,castelmola etc We hadden gerust nog een paar weken extra willen blijven.

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

Giovannino thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We feel very lucky to have stayed here - your garden is beautiful - the children loved picking oranges and lemons and making delicious juice. We enjoyed evenings on the terrance and taking in the spectacular view - we even saw etna erupting which was very special. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You have been a wonderful host, thank you for all the help, recommendations and reservations. We loved the take away pizza and restaurant you recommended. You were so helpful and a very friendly and attentive host. We especially enjoyed your homemade lemonchello and amaretto - delicious. We would love to come back in the future. Thank you

It would take more than five stars to do right to our experience with Villa Artemis. So far we always had good experiences with the accomedations we booked via AirBnB, but Villa Artemis totally exceeded our already high expectations. It was simply perfect. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and with no less than two living/dining rooms and two bathrooms. Outside the house there is are plenty of places to sit and relax with wonderfull views on both the sea and the Etna. The house is clean and well equiped. Everything you need for a great and carefree holliday is there. This review wouldn't be complete however if I didn't mention the family that hosts the place. Francesco, Giovanna, Antionio and Valeria were very kind, always willing to assist. They helped us out more than once. We are really happy to have met them, and hope to meet again.

We had a fantastic eight day stay in Mario’s wonderful villa. The location and views are incredible and we would highly recommend staying here. Mount Etna even erupted and put on a display (which was fabulous to witness) and Mario was hot on the phone telling us to get outside at 11pm to view the spectacle. A perfect venue with lots of space for our large party of eight adults and two children, the surrounding patios gave amazing panoramic views of the sea and countryside. We loved picking fresh oranges and cherries daily which was so relaxing and tasty! It’s a short 15 minute walk to the local town with a wonderful bakery and butchers plus supermarkets all accessable. We will definitely return to this wonderful villa when revisiting Sicily and I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Mario .

Beautiful villa, spacious outdoor area, saltwater pool was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area. Very clean and well presented throughout. Communication with host was faultless, all questions and calls were answered promptly. Villa was very private, we hired a car but Uber was very reliable and good value. Local restaurant Blue Ice was very good. Highlight was visiting nearby Taormina both on an evening and during the day. I would most certainly recommend Villa Flara and the beautiful island of Sicily. 🍋💕

Nous avons passé un séjour paradisiaque dans la maison de Roberto à Finale. Les aménagements extérieurs sont très agréables (plusieurs coins chill et repas) avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. On en a pris plein les yeux durant ces quelques jours. Le logement est très confortable, avec un gros plus pour la literie qui est de très bonne qualité. Le logement se trouve à 25’ du centre de Cefalu, la route longe la mer et est très. agréable. La cerise sur le gâteau de ce séjour est Roberto! Arrangeant, réactif, disponible, il est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. Il trouve des solutions dès lors que vous avez le moindre souci, je recommande ce logement et son propriétaire les yeux fermés. Un grand merci Roberto!

Wauw, wat een plek! Terre di Bea is werkelijk een supermooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen rondom het huis en bij het zwembad. De plung pool was perfect om even heerlijk af te koelen na een wandeling, en de buitenkeuken maakte het extra leuk om samen de lekkerste ontbijtjes, lunches en diners te bereiden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 (met kinderen van 4, 7 en 9 jaar) en hebben ons hier enorm vermaakt. Luie ochtendjes aan het zwembad wisselden we af met actieve uitstapjes naar Cefalù en de omgeving – met fijne strandjes, gezellige restaurantjes en sfeervolle middeleeuwse straatjes om doorheen te slenteren. Ons verblijf bij Terre di Bea was echt het hoogtepunt van de vakantie. Dankjewel Antonio voor alles!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa tra fine ottobre e i primi di novembre. Il tempo è stato meraviglioso, abbiamo potuto sfruttare tutti gli spazi esterni scaldati dal sole. Il paese di Acquadolce ha tutto ciò che serve, piccoli negozi, supermercati, caffè eccetera. Si può raggiungere anche a piedi dista solo 600 metri, al ritorno in salita ma si può fare senza problemi. La casa è esattamente come appare in foto, forse meglio, la vista è spettacolare e la pace che si prova è incredibilmente. Un grazie particolare alla Signora Gabriella per la calda accoglienza è stata veramente gentile. Grazie ancora di tutto 🙏🤗

Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mara's house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the outdoor spaces were truly amazing. The kitchen is on the small side but we had no problems cooking meals for eight. We took the short drive into Santa Venerina for groceries and a couple of meals. The streets were not as narrow as some Italian villages. The best part of the stay was Mara herself! She is so helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Sandra’s home with two of my close friends for 5 days and we just loved our time there. Sandra helped us book a private chef and we dined outdoors overlooking a breathtaking view of the countryside and sea. The home is situated perfectly to explore (with a rental car) Taormina, Siracusa/Ortigia, Mt. Etna, wineries, and other lovely towns. The pool and gardens were unreal — especially because the whole region is peaceful, birds chirping and a quiet breeze. I would be so lucky to stay in Sandra’s home again!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. The views and privacy were amazing. We had 4 couples with plenty of room for each. Viviana was super in communication, recommendations and making us all feel at home. She arranged yoga and meals at the home with chef. All fantastic additions. We swam at private beach everyday which was clean and easily accessible. The Property is located within a safe, enjoyable 20 min walk to Cefalu town. A truly special place.

Lovely house tucked away behind the bustling main street in beautiful Taormina. It is very close to a number of restaurants and eateries, yet is private and peaceful. Livio was a very attentive host, giving us many excellent recommendations and offering us the opportunity to leave our bags at the house to fit in with our arrival and departure. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Ville Voces! The villa is stunning, even more beautiful than in the photos, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Victor and Marinella were also incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. There’s plenty to do in the area, and everything is easily accessible by car. While there was some traffic outside the villa, we hardly noticed it after the first day. All in all, we had a fantastic week and truly hope to come back soon!

The villa was above and beyond what we imagined! The pictures do not do it justice! The hosts went above and beyond to welcome us into their own, helping us with every need and question. The included breakfasts were fantastic and we had the villa owner cook for us one night served by the pool and it was by far one of the best meals we had in all of Italy. The pool was such a special treat each evening after our day visiting Mt Etna (super close to access) or around town. We would highly recommend this place as it’s spacious (we had 8 and there was extra room) and the hosts really went above and beyond to help us with every need! The only downside we had was that we only stayed for 2 nights! We will return to Sicily just to stay at this villa again! Va bene! Grazie mille!

Wir haben als Gruppe von Freunden hier einen 10-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Schönheit von Anwesen und Umgebung: Im wunderschönen Zitronenhain gelegen mit Blick auf die Hänge des Ätna und auf‘s Meer. Besser geht‘s nicht! Langeweile kam nie auf, die Gegend bietet super viel! Ein Auto ist allerdings wichtig. Auch auf dem Grundstück gab‘s immer was zu tun: wunderschöner Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Fußball oder in der tollen Küche kochen… und immer frische Zitronen. Maria Gulia und Angelo sind super freundlich und halfen uns oft mit Tipps und schnellen Antworten weiter. Die Villa ist eine absolute Empfehlung!!

Beautiful villa located with a wonderful view over the valley and Castelbouno town. The house was great with bedrooms on three different floors and the garden was very nice with many different lounge and dining areas. The pool area has amazing view and a really nice pool, though no fence so small kids must be watched. This is a perfect location for day trips to Céfalu with surroundings and we also really enjoyed Castelbouno town. Rosanna and her husband (and the dog Amica) took great care of us and were always available if we needed anything. The only minor issue was that we had a few power outages, but that was quickly fixed. We had a great time and would love to come again!

We had a wonderful week in Patti - Lara’s home was the perfect base to explore the island from. Lara and Martina were extremely helpful, providing lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The pool is gorgeous, and there are balconies all around the house so you can chase the sun (or shade) throughout the day. We really can’t recommend this place enough.

Leanne et Giuseppe sont des hôtes tout simplement exceptionnels. Toujours disponibles et réactifs sur les messages. L'accueil est au top pour vous accompagner à la maison et tout vous présenter. Et quel hôte vous aide à trouver en urgence un dentiste proche en plein mois d'août et vous accompagne au rendez-vous ? Giuseppe ! D'une telle gentillesse ! La maison est au top, très au calme et vous aurez le bonheur de voir les sangliers et les cerfs gambader la nuit venue. La présence du chat est un bonheur pour les enfants ! En tout cas nous avons passé 12 jours juste parfaits ! Je recommande !
