We are a café and hostel and we work with 3 types of bookings: 1) Airbnb format in which we keep the coffee open but separate from the rest of the house. The indoor kitchen is used by the café, but the gourmet area is for the guests. The price shown on Airbnb is for this type of hosting. 2) Rental of the entire property, but with the coffee closed for an additional daily fee of R$1,500. 3) Rental of rooms at the inn, sharing the space with other guests.
