La posizione privilegiata permette di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sottostante, attraverso una scalinata interna (circa 80 scalini).   Il fiore all'occhiello della residenza è rappresentato dalle terrazze private, suddivise su due livelli, che si affacciano sulla spiaggia sottostante e Canneto.
