Holiday rentals with a pool in Santa Maria

Everything is in place for a great stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. -The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. And Martina and Thomas, with their advice and kindness, will pay special attention to make this moment special for you.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor areas for sitting, lying down and lingering. Pool nice and large and well maintained. Beach just a few steps from the front door. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Our host Vincenzo was always available and gave us great service. Thank you 👍🏻

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Very nice apartment in Villa del Conte - what a view🤩. Beautifully elevated with views of the sea and Tropea. Tropea is very easily accessible at a short distance - car is necessary. Various beautiful seats on the grounds, all with beautiful views. The swimming pool is also in a wonderful location. The facilities are sufficient, including a place where you can BBQ. In short, a very nice apartment in a wonderful location. Recommended - yes !!

We had a very nice time. Alex and Julia's accommodation exceeded our expectations! Clean and comfortably furnished. There was nothing missing. Up on the roof terrace, we had a great view of the sea and the mountains. We can highly recommend the accommodation with the great location and will be happy to come back!

Exceptional stay, an oasis of peace in a place extremely well cared for by Fulvia and her family. Exceptional cordiality and kindness. After a day spent on wonderful beaches, all in the area and easily accessible, returning to that little paradise made our holiday a dream. The kindness and cordiality of Fulvia and her family is difficult to describe in a few words...the added value of this stay!

The stay at the accommodation was pleasant. The residence is quiet, well cared for and the swimming pool is clean. Asa is a responsive and helpful host. The house is equipped with all accessories, especially in the kitchen; there is a TV and a hairdryer. The sofa bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Since we arrived at the time we left, Alessandro was an absolutely fantastic host. Upon our arrival, he personally welcomed us, helping us with luggage and giving us a tour of his beautiful apartment. He also gave us great tips for breakfast and nearby beaches to visit. During our stay, Alessandro was readily available to answer all our questions whenever we sent him a message. The apartment is a short walk from wonderful beaches, has an incredible view of the sea and a large terrace that was perfect for watching the sunset or having our coffee in the morning. Looking forward to booking this beautiful apartment again!

Chiara is a welcoming, precise and helpful host. The property is a stone's throw from the sub paradise (you can walk), and the rooms are welcoming and very clean!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.
