Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Santa Maria di Leuca

We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Francesco and his wife and children were so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and places to go and visit. The unit was exactly as described and met all of my needs and expectations. I will definitely be going back!

We arrived late in the evening due to a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. All the basic equipment you need was there. The house is beautiful, modern and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few metres to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

Beautiful house with a beautiful terrace. By car close to beautiful beaches. We were lucky to be in the village when there was a village party which was an amazing way to discover the village. We really enjoyed staying here.

This was such an incredible stay for a friends getaway. House was beautiful and well kept and the pool area was fantastic!

We had a wonderful week at Antonio’s home. It was even better than the photos and description. Little details like having coffee to make in the morning, some water in the fridge on arrival and cookies for the girls. We arrived quite late and Antonio met us to ensure we got in ok. He was so helpful with recommending some great spots for food, beach clubs, local activities, local supermarkets. In my opinion, Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated apartment! The quiet location was perfect for relaxation and recreation. The furnishings left nothing to be desired - we immediately felt at home. The warm welcome by Giusy on site also enriched our stay and she was always approachable for us. The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings with the rental car and the nearby beaches are fantastically beautiful. Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's place. we had everything we needed in regards to supplies - soap, shampoo, full kitchen and washer. very convenient location and close to the sandy beach. Lorenzo and his mother were very attentive to our needs and made certain that our stay was comfortable. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again at Lorenzo's place when we visit Puglia again. Wonderful hosts, both Lorenzo and his mother.

This accomodation is a real gem. It is perfect to escape the stress and pace of every day life and to finally breathe in absolute peace. The location is just perfect with a lot of restaurants in Nardò and the sea is not far away either. It is also possible to spend the entire day at the pool of the accomodation. Anna and Carlo were amazing hosts - kind, attentive and always helpful. We recommend to stay here, you won‘t regret it!

Our stay there was beautiful, I felt at home. Francisco treated us very well, I would like to point out that he is a hard-working, good and kind person. He was always present during our stay. We stayed for 10 days and he always took care of the place and was present, in addition he invited us to eat fruit from the trees that the house has and was always kind, he also lent us the umbrella for the beach. It is a place that I highly recommend, you have to move by car in Puglia, but there is Peace and all the people I met are friendly. We took a beautiful souvenir of Morciano de Leuca and Salve! Long live the Marina of Pescoulose and Salento! The best beaches!

The accommodation was very good and as advertised. The big plus point is the pool, it is beautiful with beautiful sea views.

This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.
