Duplex apartment beautifully decorated on the sea front. Views of the sea and the beach from the living room and the terrace which has a small pool. The modern apartment has 3 bedrooms all with en suit bathrooms. Frontline only 50m to the beach which is one of the most beautiful to the South of Lima. Playa Caballeros belongs to Punta Hermoso which is only 40 km south of Lima. In the town of Punta Hermosa there are very good restaurants, goceries and bakeries.

Two blocks from the beach and Malecón, in one of the safest spas in southern Lima. It is located in a quiet and central place, very comfortable, it has a view of the park : which has games for children , an artificial grass Fulbito court, and a free Fronton court.
