The Farm has a great location and is less than 4 km from the urban area of the city, in which we also have a pool that its water comes directly from a natural mine of the property. Centennial farmhouse, and its interior adorned with paintings by Funchal Garcia. It maintains a hydroelectric power plant, a mill, fruit orchard.
